    S3 | E78: How I Thrive While Traveling

Travel used to deplete me. Unaddressed symptoms, disrupted sleep, a body that couldn't keep pace with my spirit. That is no longer my reality — and in this episode, I'm sharing exactly what changed. I recorded this flying home over the Gulf of Mexico after four of the most full days I can remember: a women's business conference in Cape Coral, then a Lifestyle Design Experience with a dear friend, colleague, and client and her family in Ft. Lauderdale. I'm walking you through the eight rituals that transformed travel from something I survived into something I genuinely thrive in. These aren't hacks. They're architecture — and they come with me wherever I go. Key takeaways: • I always opt out of full-body security scanners and request a pat-down instead — it's a simple, free choice most travelers don't know they can make. • I never eat airport food. I pack whole fruit — apples, bananas, dates, mango — because it travels beautifully, requires no refrigeration, and keeps my body cleansed and energized rather than burdened. • Coconut water is one of the most potent things I do for travel. It hydrates at a cellular level and supports my adrenals in a way plain water simply can't. • My TM practice is non-negotiable — on the road or off. Twenty minutes of Transcendental Meditation is said to be equivalent to four hours of sleep rest, and it's how I regulate my circadian rhythm across time zones. • I always move before I fly — even a walk, even gentle stretching. It primes circulation and lymphatic drainage before I ask my body to sit still for hours at altitude. • Morning sunlight is medicine. I sat outside before my flight and let my body absorb the rays fully. It costs nothing and changes everything about how I move through the day. • I used to start travel days with eggs and bacon. Now I open with lemon water, celery juice, and fruit. This single redesign shifted my digestion, energy, and mental clarity more than almost anything else. • Small details matter when the immune system is already under the added load of travel. I wash my hands before using the restroom — not only after. I flush before sitting and always use a seat cover. Wellness architecture isn't a destination — it's the way I move through the world, in every environment. Even at 30,000 feet. S3 | E80: Change Is the Only Certainty: Everything you're feeling is exactly right

Everything is shifting — and if you've been feeling it, this episode is for you. Anna sits with the particular texture of this season: the grief for what was, the vertigo of choosing an unmapped path, and the quiet radical act of honoring both at once. This isn't a pep talk. It's a real conversation about what change actually asks of us — and why the discomfort you're feeling isn't a warning sign. It's a signal that you're exactly where you're supposed to be. Key takeaways: • Grief and anticipation can share the same breath — you don't have to choose between honoring what was and remaining open to what's becoming. • Discomfort in the midst of change is not evidence you're off course. More often, it's evidence that you're precisely on it. • Triggers are precision instruments, not punishment. They arise exactly where your growth is asking to happen. • The emotions we label as negative — rage, grief, fear, shame — are not here to defeat us. It's the resistance to feeling them that creates real suffering. • Getting what you want doesn't always feel good at first. Real change asks you to make new choices before those choices feel natural. • A new life doesn't precede inner transformation — it follows it. You cannot arrive at a new version of yourself through the door of the old one. You are not behind. You are not broken. You are becoming — and that is always worth the discomfort. S3 | E77: Honoring Her: My Mama, The Woman Who Inspired Embodied Wellness

Episode Overview Every body of work has an origin story. This is Anna's. In this intimate and deeply personal episode, Anna steps out of her role as The Wellness Architect and speaks simply as a daughter — on her mother's birthday — to honor the woman who, without knowing it, changed the entire direction of her life and work. This is not an episode about protocols or practices. It is an episode about love, about witnessing, about what happens when the woman you have always drawn your strength from begins to feel powerless inside a system that was never designed to truly see her. And about what one daughter did about it. It is also the origin story of The Embodied Wellness Method — and a reminder of why this work matters so profoundly. What You'll Hear in This Episode A tender tribute to Anna's mother on her birthday — her fierceness, her joy, her love of beauty, her courage to keep rising through every season of challengeThe moment that broke something open in Anna: watching her mother navigate a broken healthcare system, referred from expert to expert, still without answers, still without being truly heardThe questions Anna began asking that no one else was asking — about diet, lifestyle, individuality, and what it truly means to place a person at the center of their own healingHow Anna's mother became the first proof of concept for The Embodied Wellness Method — and what it looked like to cook her meals, prepare her healing foods, sit beside her when no one else had answers, and listen to her body when the system had gone quietThe distinction that changed everything: the difference between healing as something we do and healing as something we rememberWhy this work began with one woman — and how it continues through every woman Anna now has the privilege of walking alongsideA Moment Worth Pausing For "I'm here because of you." — Anna's mama That single line became the seed of everything. The foundation of a method. The proof that when a woman reconnects to the innate intelligence of her body, miracles are not the exception — they are the natural expression of truth. Who This Episode Is For This episode is for the woman who has watched someone she loves struggle inside a system that was not designed to honor her individuality — and felt that quiet, determined fire ignite inside her. It is for the woman who knows, on some level, that there is a different way. And it is for any woman who needs to be reminded that healing is not something foreign to her body. It is something her body already knows how to do. You are meant to remember. You are meant to rise. S3 | E76: Consciously Curating Your Space with Lifestyle Design

Episode Overview Our spaces are not neutral. They hold energy, they shape our habits, and they either quietly support our vision — or pull us away from it. And when we become conscious of that, everything changes. In this episode, Anna shares a deeply personal chapter of recent transition: moving her mother into her own independent apartment after six months of shared living, and what happened in the process of redesigning both spaces. What began as a practical move became an unexpected and profound exercise in intentional lifestyle design — one that led Anna to a workshop on Vastu Shastra, the Vedic science of space and energy, and into a conversation she believes many women are ready to have. This is an episode about the places we inhabit — and how, when we design them with intention, our bodies, our creativity, and our lives respond. What You'll Hear in This Episode The personal story behind Anna's recent season of change: her mother's move into independent living, and the unexpected redesign of her own space that followedWhat Anna discovered at a Vastu Shastra workshop — the Vedic form of Feng Shui — and why the timing felt divinely orchestratedHow bringing meaningful objects into her home (a piano, a handbuilt oak desk, two nightstands) shifted the entire energy of her space — and why a fuller room can feel more expansive when every piece truly belongsThe practical Vastu insight that changed Anna's relationship to her workspace: why she had struggled with focus and creativity for three years, and what one simple directional shift resolvedAn introduction to the four directions of Vastu Shastra — North, East, South, and West — and the specific energies, qualities, and intentions each one governsWhy even our plants respond to the energetics of a space (and the quiet signal Anna had been missing for months)Reflective questions to help you begin noticing what your own environment is currently holding for you The Four Directions of Vastu Shastra A simple introduction to the energetic qualities of each direction: North — Stability, wealth, and career growth; associated with permanence and prosperity East — Creativity, productivity, and focus; the direction of light, new beginnings, and positive energy South — Strength, fame, and power; a source of abundance and life's deeper rewards West — Gains, fulfillment, and creativity; associated with prosperity and the pleasures of life Questions Worth Sitting With Anna leaves us with these to explore after the episode: Where do you spend the most time in your space? What direction does your desk face? What energy is your environment currently holding for you? You don't need to overhaul everything at once. Simply noticing is where the shift begins. Who This Episode Is For This episode is for the woman who has always felt that her environment matters — that something is either working or not working in her space — but has never quite had the language for it. It is for the woman in a season of transition, of reimagining, of quietly redesigning not just her home but the life she is stepping into. And it is for any woman who is ready to stop making her space work for her current life, and start designing it for the one she is creating. S3 | E75: Spring Reset — Cleansing Your Body and Your Home

Episode Overview Spring is not just a season. It is a biological invitation — one your body is already primed to respond to. And when you align your choices with this natural window of heightened detoxification, you amplify your body's innate ability to shed what no longer serves and build a foundation of genuinely radiant health. In this episode, Anna breaks down the Spring Reset through the lens of Wellness Architecture: the art and practice of intentionally designing a life and body that truly thrives. She dismantles the cleansing myths that dominate the wellness space, offers a clear and intelligent framework for what real cellular cleansing actually requires, and extends the conversation beyond the body — into the home, the environment, and the energetic conditions that either support your healing or quietly undermine it. This is not a protocol. This is a practice. What You'll Hear in This Episode Why most popular cleanses — water fasts, extreme restriction, trending detox protocols — burden the body rather than support it, and what they consistently get wrongThe truth about what cellular cleansing actually requires: bioavailable glucose, trace minerals, and key cofactors that most protocols eliminate entirelyWhy spring represents a uniquely high-leverage window for detoxification — and how to work with that timing intentionallyThe Embodied Wellness Cleanse Method: what to let go of, what to welcome in, how to hydrate with purpose, and which targeted supplements genuinely elevate your body's cleansing capacityHow your home environment is in constant conversation with your nervous system — and practical steps for a spring reset of your physical spaceBody-based practices that amplify both internal and external cleansing: dry brushing, infrared sauna, and intentional movementThe Embodied Wellness Cleanse Method at a Glance Let Go Of: Eggs, dairy, gluten, processed oils, alcohol, and caffeine — all of which interfere with your body's natural cleansing pathways. Welcome In: Fruit, leafy greens, and vegetables — prioritizing organic wherever possible to minimize pesticide and heavy metal exposure. Hydrate With: Lemon water, celery juice, and cucumber juice — the living hydration that mobilizes and eliminates what the body is ready to release. Amplify With: Barley grass juice powder, spirulina, and zinc — targeted additions that elevate your body's detoxification capacity at the cellular level. Cleansing Your Space Anna also walks through her own spring home reset practices in this episode — from deliberate decluttering and opening windows to auditing your cleaning and personal care products for toxic exposure. Your home is the foundation for your life. When it is clear and aligned, it actively supports your healing. A Question to Sit With "What is one aligned action step you will begin integrating this spring?" One small step, taken consistently, compounds into lasting transformation. The path to radiance begins exactly where you are. Who This Episode Is For This episode is for the woman who has felt the pull of spring and wants to work with it — not through a punishing protocol, but through an intelligent, nourishing, whole-life approach to cleansing. It is for the woman who understands that her environment and her body are in conversation, and who is ready to design both with intention. S3 | E74: Root to Rise

Episode Overview We are living in a moment of profound external noise — and the women who will move through it with grace are not the ones who have figured out how to control what's happening around them. They are the ones who have learned to root so deeply into themselves that the external loses its grip on their internal world. In this episode, Anna reflects on the New Moon in Pisces, the Spring Equinox, and what this threshold moment in the astrological year is truly inviting us into: a deeper relationship with our own anchor. Drawing on personal reflection, somatic practice, and the science of heart coherence, this is an episode about becoming a woman whose inner state is not at the mercy of the world around her. The roots are ready. It's time to rise. What You'll Hear in This Episode Why the stillness of winter is never wasted — and what it means to trust the preparation that happens underground, out of sight, before the bloomThe difference between being a thermometer and being a thermostat — and why the world has conditioned most of us to function as the formerAnna's personal reflection on her own deep season of rooting: the doubt, the discomfort, and what she ultimately came to understand about the relationship between roots and risingThe concept of calibration over control — and how a woman who holds her frequency becomes a tuning fork for the people and spaces around herThe science of heart coherence: how your heart's electromagnetic field influences others, how hearts sync and entrain, and why your calm is one of the most powerful forces in any roomA guided Heart Coherence Breath practice you can use immediately — 3 to 5 minutes to anchor your nervous system and steady your fieldThe Practice: Heart Coherence Breath Anna walks you through this practice in the episode. Here's the foundation: Inhale through your nose for 5–6 seconds — breath expanding into the abdomen first, then rising into the chest. Exhale through your mouth for 5–6 seconds — releasing completely, softening the jaw, the shoulders, the belly. Repeat for 3–5 minutes. Place a hand over your heart if it feels right. Let your nervous system settle. Let your field steady. Let yourself arrive. This is how you become the anchor. A Line Worth Sitting With "The rooting is the rising. The two aren't separate. They are the same motion — one directed downward so the other can eventually reach toward the sky." Who This Episode Is For This episode is for the woman who can feel herself being pulled by the weight and noise of the external world — and who is ready to stop scanning her environment for signals on how to feel, and start trusting the frequency she already carries within her. It is for the woman in a season of quiet becoming, who wonders if she's moving fast enough, doing enough, being enough — and needs to be reminded that the winter was never wasted. S3 |E73: The Return — On Caregiving, Losing Yourself, and Coming Back to Your Body

There are seasons of life that ask everything of us. And if we are not careful, we give it — all of it — without remembering to leave something for ourselves. In this deeply personal episode, Anna opens up about the past six months of caregiving for her mother: what it cost her physically, hormonally, and energetically — and what it ultimately taught her about the nature of the Pre-Conception Era and the non-negotiable practice of devotion to self. This is not an episode about failure. It is an episode about recognition, return, and the quiet revolutionary act of choosing yourself — not someday, but now. What You'll Hear in This Episode The moment Anna recognized her own body's symptoms returning — fatigue, inflammation, skin flares, and the feeling of being present for everyone else while absent from herselfWhy the Pre-Conception Era is not a phase or a checklist, but a way of living — and what happens when life pulls us away from itHow even the most beautiful acts of devotion to others can quietly empty us if we aren't tending to ourselves in equal measureWhat Anna is returning to — her nourishment, her rituals, her sacred mornings, her intentional foundation — and why she is choosing now, not laterA reflection for any woman who recognizes herself in this story — whether the depletion came from caregiving, career, motherhood, or the relentless giving that women do so naturally A Passage That Stayed With Us "She is not built in a day. She is built in the daily." The woman whose body is prepared to bring life forward is not created in one perfect week of clean eating and early mornings. She is created in the quiet, consistent, daily recommitment to her own becoming — even when, especially when, life makes it inconvenient. Who This Episode Is For This episode is for the woman who has been giving generously — to her family, her partner, her work, her community — and has slowly, almost imperceptibly, stopped giving to herself. It is for the woman who knows what it feels like to be vital and alive in her body, who has perhaps drifted from that, and who is ready to find her way back. You do not need to have experienced caregiving to recognize this. You simply need to be a woman in a world that asks a great deal of you.
