    Ep. 6 - A Vagina Emergency In Mexico & The Most Epic Baby Shower of ALL Time

    Summary In this episode of The 40 & Unfiltered Podcast, Other Lauren returns to Co-host as Lauren L prepares to give birth to her second Child (and OMG, just wait till you hear that story). Jessie is freshly back to the Midwest from Mexico and as usual, seems to be navigating an absurd collage of life events. But she's handling it all in her signature awkward stride now that she seems to have figured out her hormone dosage and delivery methods (which we also discuss). Lauren gives us updates on her coaching business and family antics and we get to reminisce about what I would call The Best Baby Shower of All Time (And she may have as well had she not been pregnant and gone into labor shortly after). But there were bean bag semen and exploding ranch fountains… just sayin’… We get into some of the complications that can arise from a vaginal cuff (a closure made at the top of the vagina in the place of the cervix after a hysterectomy) from granulomas to sepsis and what happens when a dissolvable stitch doesn’t dissolve.
