    Owning Your Story is Your Superpower

    In this episode I explore the idea of self-compassion, and how accepting our past lets us rewrite our story. Inspired by my Tía Rosa, I honor her dying words which were, "I have no regrets." I talk about letting go of regret, recognizing survival behaviors, and confronting shame. I also talks about the harm of comparison—especially on social media—and I want to remind listeners that they alone know their story and can choose the next scene. She inspired us to take action and claim our voices.
