    did God forget about me?

I'm gonna be really honest with y'all in today's episode. For a long time, I have felt incredibly overlooked and just overall forgotten by God. If you can relate, maybe this episode is for you too. I believe there is power in being openly vulnerable. So I pray this can bring comfort to whoever may need it in this season, knowing that you're not all alone. We are in this together!! who are you living for?

YOU NEED TO PICK A SIDE!!! Are you living for God or are you living for the world?? because you can't do both!!! In today's episode, we tackle some harsh realities of what it means to live for God, and both the surrender & sacrifice that it comes with. I also misspoke at one portion of this episode, when I was speaking about “David” asking God for wisdom, but it was actually Solomon, not David. OOPS lol ;) And again, we are diving into the Word with another episode of SIPS & SCRIPTURES! Today's scripture is in James Chapter 4, and we are sipping on a banana honey protein drink :) Stay tuned for more episodes! Head Over Heals is here for you! you need to k!ll your flesh

Get over yourself & get under the AUTHORITY of God!! Too many of us are too self focused, too eager to self gratify, too eager to appease our own desires, that it doesn't seem as if we even care what God wants or requires from us. So today we are having the hard conversation & discussing some of the hard truths about what it means to truly k!ll your flesh and instead FOLLOW THE WORD, and not the ways of the world!! This is also another SIPS & SCRIPTURES episode!! So we are attributing this conversation to the truth that is spoken in James Chapter 2, while sipping on a "Just Peachy" Peace Tea, cuz we surely need a drink to help wash down this truth! AMEN!!! ;) Stay tuned for more episodes! Head Over Heals is here for you! Helping you to Heal Your Heart, Heal Your Mind, and Heal Your Life! (Through Jesus Christ!) the sanctification of the storm

Though it is hard to walk through a season of rain, and especially finding the strength to continue enduring in the midst of it, I promise that there is purpose in it. Through our spiritual "storm," God is often sanctifying us, and making us better because of it. Unfortunately, some lessons can only be learned through hardship, but let me teach you what God has to say about it! Today, we are starting in the book of James, where we are learning about what it means to faithfully endure through the trials and tribulations, and trust what God is doing through them. We are alsooo sipping on a soy milk iced latte, of course! ;) So grab your bible, grab a drink, and let's get into the Word of God together!! Stay tuned for more episodes! what it means to live for the Lord

Hellooooo beautiful people! Today we are talking about what it means to live for God. Sacrifice, letting go, moving forward, and continuing to walk in OBEDIENCE! It's Sunday!! So it's also time for SIPS & SCRIPTURES! We are reading in Hebrews Chapter 12, and I am sipping on a taro smoothie :) So grab your bible, grab a drink, and let's get to it!!
