That war is unwinnable and will leave you exhausted and defeated, What you resist, persists. So why not just watch it? I went to a meditation retreat lol I do NOT recommend.

I started small, finding affirmations helpful in order to relearn how mind relates to brain. I get my neek on with language 🤓 address my feelings and identify what was going on in my body. Investigating experiences that shape and mould the brain, giving it the opportunity to evolve. Which is to progress gradually. There is no end goal, but presence and peace on the journey. So whatever the feeling, whatever the emotion and wherever in the journey. Helps the brain to manifest future reality but also there is peace. Awareness, is the true self.
