    Protect Your Energy At All Cost , But Don’t Let it Cost You.

    In this episode, I talk about what it really means to protect your energy especially in seasons where everything feels a little off. From navigating weird friendships to dealing with trust issues, I open up about how easy it is to confuse protecting your peace with isolating yourself. I share how I’ve learned that being selective, having high standards, and not allowing just anyone access to you isn’t a flaw it’s self-awareness. At the same time, I had to be honest with myself about how those same walls can slowly turn into disconnection if you’re not careful. This is a conversation about balance. About knowing your sensitivity isn’t something to fix, your feelings aren’t something to question, and you’re not “too much” for being deeply aware of what you deserve. I also get real about trust how I’ve struggled with it, how it’s shaped my relationships, and how I’m learning that the most important trust to rebuild is the one I have with myself. If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, guarded, or unsure if your standards are “too high,” this episode is your reminder that you’re not crazy for how you feel and you don’t have to shrink to be accepted. In this episode, I talk about what it really means to not take things personally, to let disappointment exist without letting it define you, and to trust your boundaries even when it’s uncomfortable. This is about choosing mental elevation over emotional spirals, letting sadness breathe, journaling your way into clarity and everything you desire and waking up each day saying: however today goes, I trust myself to handle it.
