    Stretched Beyond Your Strength

    I don't know about you, but one thing that I know I should do, but don't always do (consistently) is workout... Lately, I made some changes and have built a new discipline of working out regularly. But man oh man, that has not come without some soreness and discomfort. What I've found about the way muscle is built has allowed me to see some things differently. And not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as well.
