    Ep.64 - Momentum In Marketing

Have you ever caught yourself saying..."I just don't know what to do next."I hear this all the time from health practitioners and coaches. But here's the truth...Clarity doesn't come from overthinking. It doesn't come from watching another training or consuming more content. It comes from momentum. In this episode, I'm sharing why taking imperfect action is one of the fastest ways to discover your strengths, build confidence and create consistency in your business. We also chat about: Why comparing your Chapter 1 to someone else's Chapter 100 keeps you stuck. The biggest mistake new business owners make. How I discovered one of my greatest strengths through action. Why confidence isn't something you wait for—it's something you build. The role of marketing (and why every practitioner needs to understand it).How to create momentum even when you have no idea what to do next.If you've been feeling overwhelmed, inconsistent or unsure where to focus your energy, this episode will help you simplify your next step.Remember: You don't need the whole plan. You only need your next aligned action. Please remember to rate, review, and subscribe to the podcast! Ep.63 - Woo Woo Ways I Achieved Success

Woo Woo Things That Have Made Me SuccessfulFor years I thought "woo woo" practices had to be done perfectly in order to work. Now I see them very differently. In this episode, I'm sharing some of the simple practices that have genuinely changed the way I approach business, money and life—not because they're magic, but because they help me become more intentional in how I think, feel and take action. We talk about: Setting intentions instead of focusing on what's missingWhy gratitude changes more than just your mindsetVisualisation and why feeling matters just as much as thinkingHow to stop making decisions from scarcityBecoming the future version of yourself through the actions you take todayWhy manifestation without action isn't enoughWhether you're completely into this sort of thing or you've always considered yourself a bit sceptical, I hope this episode encourages you to stay curious and perhaps try one or two of these practices for yourself.I'd love to know...Which "woo woo" habit has unexpectedly worked for you? Ep.62 - Don't Quit In Winter

The Seasons of Business: Don't Quit in WinterHave you ever wondered if you're just not cut out for business?Maybe clients have gone quiet, your content isn't getting engagement, or you're questioning whether all of your hard work is actually leading anywhere. In this episode, I share one of the most important frameworks I teach inside Woman of Value: The Seasons of Business.Just like nature, business isn't meant to grow in a straight line. There are seasons for planting, seasons for growth, seasons for harvesting, and seasons that feel slow, uncertain and quiet.I call that season Winter. In this episode, we explore: Why Winter isn't a sign you're failing. The farmer metaphor that changed how I think about business. How to stop making permanent decisions based on temporary seasons. The difference between creating the right conditions and chasing immediate results. How to protect your momentum when confidence feels low.If you're in a season where you're wondering whether to keep going, this episode is for you.I'd love to know what season you're in—send me a message over on Instagram @amymingin.More info about Woman of Value - https://www.amymingin.com/mastermind

Ep.61 - Why we have Self Doubt and what to do about it

We Need to Stop Calling It Imposter SyndromeYou've called it self-doubt. Imposter syndrome. Not feeling ready. But what if you've been trying to fix the wrong thing this whole time? In this episode I'm breaking down what's actually underneath that feeling — and it's not what most people are telling you. There are three things living beneath what women in business call imposter syndrome: an identity that hasn't caught up yet, a nervous system doing its job with old data, and a self-trust gap that only closes one way. This one is for the practitioner, the coach, the health professional, the woman who keeps waiting until she feels ready before she lets herself be seen. We're reframing all of it and by the end, you'll stop calling it imposter syndrome altogether. In this episode: Why "imposter syndrome" is the wrong diagnosis. The identity mismatch keeping women in business stuck. How your nervous system is protecting you (and what to do about it). The self-trust gap and why preparation isn't closing it. The one question that changes everything. Please remember to rate, review, and subscribe to the podcast! Ep.60 - Perimenopause Anxiety: Why It Happens & What To Do About It Naturally

In this episode, I'm breaking down exactly what's happening in your body, why oestrogen fluctuation affects your brain chemistry far more than most people realise, and what you can actually do about it naturally before reaching for medication. We cover: → Why oestrogen fluctuation (not just decline) is the real culprit → The serotonin and GABA connection most practitioners miss → Why blood sugar stability is one of the most underrated tools for hormonal anxiety → Nervous system, liver, and adrenal support that actually moves the needle → And an honest conversation about HRT when it makes sense, and when it's not the first step This isn't about managing symptoms and pushing through. It's about understanding what's really going on in your body so you can actually feel like yourself again. — — — Come find me on Instagram: @amnaturopath Send me a DM if this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
