This is the Season 119 of The Football Referee with dRem TGI (Emmy Hikins), and Trevor Gear on Deepstuff TV and Deepstuff Radio of Deepstuff records. All Episodes conducted by Legendary Singer-Songwriter and Musician Trevor Gear and TV and Radio presenter Emmy Hikins (dRem TGI) and also a Singer-Songwriter and a music producer of Deepstuff records LTD, In This Season Of The Football Referee Podcast we discuss: Manchester City Transfer Speculation Trevor and Emmy discussed Manchester City's potential special requests for Erling Haaland following the club's guilty verdict on 114 charges. Trevor acknowledged making a previous mistake about the timeline of the investigation, which actually began in 2009 rather than 2018. They discussed speculation about top players potentially leaving Manchester City if relegated, with suggestions that players might transfer to clubs like Real Madrid and Arsenal. Manchester City Appeal Discussion Trevor and Emmy discussed Manchester City's appeal against a guilty verdict, with Trevor noting that the appeal could take up to 12 weeks and predicting potential sanctions if found guilty. They also talked about Harry Kane's remarkable goal-scoring record for England, with Trevor stating that Kane deserves the Ballon d'Or award. The conversation concluded with discussion about Harry Kane's new contract with Bayern Munich, which will keep him at the club until 2029, making a return to the Premier League unlikely. Ronaldo-Manager Conflict Analysis Emmy and Trevor discussed the ongoing conflict between Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal manager Jorge Jesus, based on Piers Morgan's revelations about broken promises regarding Ronaldo's playing time. They analyzed the situation from both perspectives, with Trevor suggesting that while Ronaldo deserves respect for his contributions, the manager made a mistake by promising specific playing time that couldn't be fulfilled due to game circumstances. The discussion explored how superstars like Ronaldo face unique challenges when their playing time diminishes, comparing it to similar situations with other legendary players like Messi and Kevin De Bruyne. Football Players Retirement Discussion Trevor and Emmy discussed the retirement and career decisions of famous football players, including Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. Trevor suggested that Ronaldo should consider retiring from international football to avoid potential embarrassment from not being selected, while Emmy shared news about Messi's recent international match and retirement announcement. They also discussed Cole Palmer's withdrawal from the England squad due to load management, with Trevor supporting Palmer's right to withdraw gracefully if he felt unprepared mentally or emotionally.
