And yet, somewhere deeper, something hasn’t caught up. The self-criticism lingers. The old narrative repeats. The body still holds the story. That gap, between what you know and what you feel, is where this new meditation works. This is a subliminal version of my Self Forgiveness meditation renamed as Letting Go of Guilt and Self-Blame.     8 Hour Yoga Nidra for Deep Sleep and Nervous System Rest

    This is a long, gentle Yoga Nidra created to hold you through the night. The spoken guidance is intentionally brief — just over twelve minutes — offering a soft landing into rest before fading away and allowing the music to carry on. From there, nothing more is asked of you. You don’t need to stay aware. You don’t need to follow along. Sleep is welcome at any point. The music was written specifically for sleep and deep rest. It continues quietly for the full eight hours, tuned to 432Hz and layered with delta-wave binaural beats, often associated with deep relaxation. The sound remains steady and unobtrusive, designed to support rest rather than draw attention. This practice was made for nights when the body is tired but the mind won’t switch off, when emotions feel close to the surface, or when you simply want to feel held rather than guided.
