I’m so impressed and moved by your clear, easy communication, and your confidence in sharing your challenging story. Thanks to you and Ken for both being authentic in your self reflection and expressing compassion for yourselves and each other. Good to hear both your voices together. Excited to hear about both your journeys and the tools you’ve applied to create self awareness and an understanding of the different aspects of your own mental health which at some level, as humans, everyone experiences to a certain extent and then learn how I might be able to apply those tools and techniques to my own life.
