    Just Be.

    As we navigate life, it’s important for us to take a moment to just be. We learn from society that we should perform, produce, and earn to receive love and recognition. I’m here to defy the norms and shake the table just because I can. I am choosing to just be and allowing for that to be enough for friendships, relationships, and work-related obligations. I’m done subscribing to other peoples metric system simply because I’ve learned that the most important person that I need to please is me. There’s so much power in that truth that I hope everyone gets to experience for themselves. Hope this episode gives you all some insight into your own lives and gives you the permission to just be. I am enough and so are you💖
