    S1 EP09 God over parenting

Do you know what's super hard to do? Parent. Raising tiny humans that grow into big humans with opinions and emotions and attitude is not for the faint of heart, trust me! But if you hang in there, my goodness does it have the ability to bless you if you let it. On today's episode I'll be covering the 4 important things parenting has taught me...bet you they'll apply to you too!

S1 EP08 God over body image...Part 2: Bible vs. Culture

This topic, you guys, it gets me a little rowdy! In this episode, I'm really just dipping my toes into what is a gigantic ocean of opinions... and everyone has their opinion, trust me, I know! But if you can't back it with Bible, it won't stand the test of time and, honestly, it doesn't count in eternity. I would love to have future conversations on this topic, because I feel we need to be talking openly and honestly about it more frequently and with more people. If it strikes a chord in you, tell me, I'd love to know your thoughts.

    S1 EP07 God over body image...Part 1: My story

Everyone deals with body image...how do see yourself? Do you like what you see? How does that affect how you treat yourself? Do you let what others say influence you or even change your life? In today's episode, I walk you through my own personal story and struggle with body image.

    S1 EP06 God over education

Being an educator today is difficult but also, it's truly a calling. On today's episode one of my co-workers and dear friends/sister in the faith, Shauntay, chat it up about what it's like working in a school system as a follower of Jesus. There's so much more we could've discussed, but we just went with what was on our minds today. Do you work in education? Maybe this will resonate with you too.

    S1 EP05 God over obedience

Obedience-the easiest and most fun thing to do ever, am I right?! But seriously-it is hard! "What do you want me to do?" Is that the question we should be asking? Listen to this week's podcast to find out more about what obedience is, why it's important, and what it's better than...

    S1 EP04 God over identity

What's your identity? What does identity even mean? How does the world define it? How does the Bible define? These questions and more are discussed in this week's episode. Like what you hear? Share it with a friend! We are all searching for our identities! Finding it is only the beginning of the journey...

    S1 Ep03 Teen mom

I'm officially a teen mom! In this episode I talk a little about what the last few weeks/months of parenting my daughter have been like. Maybe you're in the thick of raising teens, or maybe you're rocking a baby...either way, I am sure the heart of what I'm sharing will resonate with you!

    S1 EP02: Who doesn't love a good race?

Spoiler alert-most people don't! We get tired, bored, hungry, uninterested...but, guess what? We are all running a race! Some are sprinting, some are jogging, and some are stopping for water...and anything else to keep them from actually moving! I wonder where you are in the race?

    S1 EP01: God over everything

Welcome to episode 1! On this episode I decided to lay some groundwork for what you can expect here, as well as cast vision for what season 1 will hopefully hold. God over everything sounds like a lot-but it should! It's the lens through which we (should) see everything else. Wondering what's coming? Take a listen to find out!
