Sometimes you do something and you have to acknowledge it wasn't really you, you were just in your trauma. My brother and I get together for weekly conversations in which we discuss whatever's on our minds and occasionally do so from our lowest selves. Sometimes you have to let yourself be in your trauma- it's natural.
