Christ in college is a call to action more than it is a podcast. In this space, we'll talk about navigating a true relationship with Jesus, college, & culture. I hope to be the help that I needed when coming into college and all of its worldly nature. As His sons and daughters, we are called to be set apart( Psalm 4:3)- a difficult task in any season of life, but especially in college. But God's not looking for perfection, He just wants your heart. If you give it to Him, He'll do the work in you. I don't know everything, but I'm being faithful to the call. Let's grow together.

    HEYY CIC! ❤️ Season 2. Let's go deeper. Here's part two of this week's episode where we chat about the topic of sacrifice in college and the importance of picking up your cross daily. It's one thing to believe in God, but to follow Him requires a deeper level of devotion. Due to the lack of judgement we see in the era compared to the times in the Bible, it's easier to slip into a state of irreverence when it comes to God, especially in college.     "why can't I stop sinning?..."

    HEYY CIC! Happy Sunday ❤️ Season 2. Let's go deeper. In this episode we'll chat about the topic of sin in college and the many reasons why it's difficult to turn away from it. Do you feel like you're stuck in your sin? Are you struggling to turn away from habitual sin but don't know how? Well, sin is inevitable, and as long as we live in this world, we're prone to it. But that doesn't mean it's impossible to pursue holiness. God's grace is sufficient, but His wrath still exists. Let's talk about ways in which we can rely on God to break sin cycles, and what it means to truly fear the Lord.     it's in your bio, but is God really first?

    HEYY CIC! apologies for the late upload :( but season 2 is still in motion. Let's go deeper. In this episode we'll chat about what it truly means to keep God first in your life, not just by your words, or a verse in your bio, or a cool t-shirt, but also in your actions. To love produces action, and God calls us to do this daily. In college, I often see this trend of posting about God, and claiming Him online but then there's a disconnect in the real life actions that some take to follow Him. We can't say God is first in our lives but have no evidence to prove this.     Heyy CIC familyyy! welcome to season 2 !! it's been too long, but after spending time in consecration with God, I'm back to posting weekly and growing this community yayy :)) idek if people read this so I won't write too much here in this season. In this episode we ponder on what it truly looks like to trust God, and with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, I attempt to paint this picture through this idea of just being God's passenger princess and waiting well. To walk with God is to acknowledge Him as the driver, the One who is in control and will lead you safely to the destination of His divine plan for your life.     Hi CIC family!! Tune in and let's hear what the Lord has to say about REST. In a world that puts pressure on us to perform, never stop working, and take "no days off", the Lord commands us to make resting a priority. Ever feel like you can't catch a break? Is your mind always running in different directions? Are you struggling to be still? Well, my answer is yes to all of these questions, and I'm sure some of you can relate, which is why there's a burden on my heart to talk about resting in the Lord. With finals season rapidly approaching, it's important that you are still seeking rest in the presence of God. Being still is crucial to your walk with God. Like Jesus, we should be consistently drawing away from work and chaos to be with our Father. So, let's talk about it. I hope this message blesses you.
