    What if our tendency to people-please is actually our inner-child/soul wanting us to define how we want to be seen? Do we truly understand the light of our own emanation? Or could that be why we grasp onto the opinions of others so readily? In my own youth, I adopted the kind of actions that would garner me the most attention, because that’s how I thought I needed to be seen. Ironically, it’s quite different to what my inner-child ACTUALLY wanted. Moving through the fog of emotional confusion and a deep sadness that I recognize as the unmet needs of my inner-child, I asked her these two questions— What do you need to feel seen? and What do you I need others to help me recognize about myself?     The Healing Matrix

    When I think of the word matrix, my mind floods with images of intricate patterns and codes. I feel a complex system that has its roots in a simple intention of creating something out of nothing. What is this space of nothing from which something, anything is created? This fabric of Life I am calling “The Healing Matrix” is an ancient womb, where life expands and contracts through. The cycles of creation sees its beginnings and endings here; it is the human body, the carrier of systems old and of new. It is through the human body that past becomes present and future becomes realized. Those forms of the past, carried down through the bones of our ancestors, coursing as our blood and lived experience are ours to create with as we wish. But how many of us are trying to heal our past, our lineage, our ancestral bonds, the carried down scars and wounds of generations of evolving human experiment? How many of us are accessing information from the source? From the body? From the Healing Matrix? Tune in as esoteric knowledge weaves together ancestral healing and modern somatic understanding to uncover a deeper evolutionary intention to living these times with purpose.     Healed

    Just the other day I decided that I’m done healing. I am complete just as I am. This moment comes after nearly a decade committing myself to self-healing. More like self-perfecting. I couldn’t quite understand why I never could find true happiness, contentment or peace, until I realized that I must be the one to tell myself I am complete. I must be the one to honestly reflect and say, I am enough just as I am. There is nothing more I yearn to fix or change about me, instead I want to just go about my life LIVING! On this episode I expand more into what it means to decide we’re complete. To stop the train of thinking that we trained ourselves in believing. The belief that there is more to awaken, more to seek, more to discover about the nature of human being. May this episode inspire your journey towards greater levels of self love and acceptance.
