    Award-winning author Katie Powner has spent years as a foster mom in Montana, and she's here to tell the truth about a system most people only think they understand. She opens up about the long, grueling timeline of adopting her daughter internationally, and how that wait led her family to start fostering babies ages 0–2, showing up for kids in the most critical window of their development.
