    Overcoming shame as a husband - Learning about emotions

    Do you feel worthy of your spouse? Do thoughts like I'm not good enough. I have nothing to offer. I always mess up. I knew I was going to hurt you. I'm a bad person. Im worthless. If you ever feel this way then you are living out of shame. Shame is withholding yourself from others because they make you feel worthless. In this episode we expose the shame that is preventing you from living, from love, from intimacy. We share how we have overcome shame in our own lives and give you tools to be able to recognize and deal with your shame. God has destroyed shames power and turned it to honor.     How God brought us together

    Rusty and Lauren talk about how God brought them to meet and how they experienced dreams, visions, and God's good timing that brought them together when they were ready in their hearts to marry.     Humility is the beginning of wisdom proverbs says. We must humble ourselves in our relationship with God and are marriage if we are to learn anything about the other person.
