This mini-series is hosted by Alexander Lee (he/him), Deputy Director of Funders for LGBTQ Issues. In our second episode, Alex interviews Aldita Amaru Gallardo. Aldita is a philanthropic consultant, resource mobilizer, and founding director of the Action for Transformation Fund. She is an experienced grantmaker and donor organizer and serves on the Boards of Directors of Funders for LGBTQ Issues and the Women's Foundation of California. Rickke has been active in grassroots organizing, advocacy, and social justice philanthropy in service of racial, economic, and gender justice movements for more than two decades. He currently serves as the President of the New York Foundation, which supports community organizing and advocacy toward a more just and inclusive New York City. Before this role, he was Vice President of Programs at Borealis Philanthropy.
