The THRESHOLD w. Salua Rivero

Episode 3: The Threshold with Salua Rivero In this deeply transformative episode of the Lady Wisdom Podcast, I am are joined by Salua Rivero—an herbalist, womb priestess, and ceremonialist of Serpentine Cycles (IG: @serpentinesalua). Together, we step into the theme of this time, "The Threshold," exploring the profound teachings that come from walking alongside the cycles of Mother Nature—even those of death and transformation. Salua shares her HERSTORY, rooted in her deep connection with her ancestral lands of Colombia and the sacred plant allies of Coca and Cacao. These plants offer potent medicine for healing, nourishment, and awakening, and they guide us through the many phases of life, death, and rebirth. In this episode, we also reflect on the current crossroads humanity faces, particularly in the wake of unnatural//natural disasters such as Hurricane Helene, which has impacted our friends and family in Appalachia. As we witness these shifts, Salua offers a sacred lens for understanding how we can hold space for both collective grief and regeneration.
