    This is a Earth Day special & we have with us Dr.Josie Mc Lean & Eve Turner Dr.Josie Mc Lean,  Is one of the three co-founders of the CCA and part of CCA Australia. Previously President of ICFA , Josie is passionate and deeply concerned about the future we all face as the wicked, interlocking collection of crises facing humanity unfolds. She works with a vast variety of people and organisations, but they all have one thing in common – they too are future oriented and share her concern.  Her focus is on cultivating environments where learning, dialogue, and a shared sense of purpose thrive, enabling organisations to adapt and flourish in the face of complexity and its accompanying uncertainty. Eve Turner is a coach, supervisor, researcher and author, and has been involved in setting up three communities: The Global Supervisors’ Network, The Climate Coaching Alliance and the Sustainability Coaching Coalition which has 13 professional body signatories representing 300,000 coaches, mentors, coaching psychologists, and supervisors. Her work seamlessly integrates social justice, sustainable design, and economic independence. Her Approach from different aspects is as follows: Institutional Leadership: As a former Secretary and current Director at SPS, she pioneered strategies to build women-led local institutions, ensuring marginalized regions have a decisive voice in Indian democracy. Kumbaya (Social Enterprise): Founded in 1994, this award-winning producer company empowers over 2,500 women and persons with disabilities through ethical, circular garment design. It is now an internationally recognized, artisan-owned brand. A self-taught architect, she has designed over 45,000 sq. ft. of eco-friendly infrastructure. Her work rejects "box-like" industrial construction in favor of energy-efficient domes, vaults, and local materials that honor rural dignity. A respected voice in national planning, she served on the Government of India’s 12th Five Year Plan working group and has co-authored influential manuals on watershed management and Indian textiles. Featured panelist for the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in Rome and keynote speaker at international conferences on narrative practices and indigenous economies. Winner of the CITI Textile Sustainability Award (2024) and director of the award-winning documentary "The Kumbaya Story."     As we mark World Mental Health Day, our guest in our 169th episode  on U n’ I with Rashmi Shetty is someone whose work beautifully reflects the theme of this day. Fauzia Naqui, a passionate Counselling Psychologist & Psychotherapist,  with over 12 years of experience.  She  has worked across hospitals, the corporate world, and private practice. With more than 4700 hours of supervised clinical work, she’s helped people from all walks of life navigate challenges like stress, grief, addiction, workplace pressure, and relationship issues. What makes her approach truly special is how eclectic and client-centered it is. She’s trauma-informed, DBT-informed, and draws from Rogerian and Narrative therapy—with a strong focus on helping people find their own strength and voice. She’s deeply sensitive to different cultures and backgrounds, and her curiosity about the human experience shines through in her work. Academically, she holds a postgraduate degree in Counselling Psychology from TISS and another Master’s in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Allahabad. She’s also certified in Addiction Management and Community Mental Health from NIMHANS. She’s fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and English, and can read and understand Gujarati—a true connector across communities.     U n' I with Rashmi Shetty -Season 3- Teji Sethi

    Our guest this episode is Teji Sethi  a Bangalore-based nutritionist-turned-poet whose bilingual works span free verse, haikai verse, and visual poetry. With a distinctive blend of sensitivity and lyrical grace, her poems and reviews have appeared in over forty national and international journals and anthologies, including The Yearbook of Indian Poetry in English (2020–24), Indian Literature Journal (Sahitya Akademi), Modern Haiku, The Haiku Foundation, Acorn, Wales Haiku Journal, The Heron’s Nest, Ribbons, Muse India, Narrow Road Journal, The Kolkata Review, haikuKATHA, SetuMag (Pittsburgh), and The Partition Museum of India.   Sethi is the author of moss laden walls (2021) and co-editor of amber i pause (2023). Her poetry often draws from the musicality of nature and the layered narratives of the India–Pakistan Partition. Her Partition-themed Hindi poem “Kapaas Ke Phool” (2019) won the Partition Poetry Contest by the Partition Museum of India and was later translated into Punjabi and broadcast on Radio Lahore, Pakistan. Her haikai work has been widely recognized, earning numerous awards and commendations. Her haibun on cancer, “it is”, won the Muse India Triveni Award (2023). Her tanka “how does one measure” was among the Top Three in the Sanford Goldstein International Tanka Contest (2024), and her haiga “surgical drains” secured First Prize in the Jane Reichhold Memorial Haiga Contest (2024). Most recently, she received the Glass House Poetry Award (2024) for her poem on cancer, “Genetically Modified Landscapes of My Town”. Having journeyed through cancer, Teji follows a unique path of art, poetry, and language — harvesting life experiences and transforming them into creative expressions while sharing positive vibrations across both her personal and artistic communities.
