    Season 2 : Ep 1 Hard Headed and Disobedient

    Only a wee 9 months later! I have been struggling to give this my all because ill be real its requiring me to die to self, pruning in nature and a calling to being accountable. The reality is its uncomfortable and id actually like to stay out the way, do my own thing and pretty much chuck on the deuces to God but now know better - if youre gonna be obedient and vessel you gotta do it properly - all areas must be submitted.     Part 2 : Loss of a Father

    Part 2 is short and sweet ( thankfully) The journey back to God can be confusing, you do get mixed feelings, unsure, guilt, shame the whole lot. 'Getting back' is another long road in itself!!! I wanna say im still on it but the goal is to not give up, especially when there is always that small voice pushing you along.     Part 1: Loss of a Father

    Segway -ing off the last episode, im sharing on the loss of my Father. Nothing about my journey was 'holy' i most definitely lost my way and was angry at God. It's probably much more common to find people that lost their faith when experiencing loss and i believe its normal - kinda wish i knew this before hand but i guess somethings you only learn as you go through it. Part 1 im rambling on about how i felt in the first phase of grief! Broke it up so its not too much to digest at one time!

    Is your faith based on your performance?

    We are flying solo today! Throughout my twenties there were moments where the Holy Spirit revealed my faith wasn’t rooted in the right place. From COVID 19, BLM, realising racism was in the church, to the loss of my Dad my anger with God revealed the true nature of my faith and where it was truly rooted. This episode in dive into a bit of a personal journey and share on how God guided me through a necessary pruning season.

    Season 1 Ep 3 is about what always seems to be a topic thats popular....relationships! My wonderful friend and sister Nerima joins me to discuss, culture, religion, shame, upbringing, and discipleship and the impact it has on dating as a Christian Woman. We address the importance of the fruits, the inner, the heart posture and highlight the importance of recognising what's superficial and outer as we relate to the the story of David, I hope you enjoy this episode, we really tried to cram sooo much into 40 minutes.
