    48. How I Hold Big Ambition and Keep It Spacious and Sustainable

For a long time, I believed that leaning in was the whole game. That the more I created, launched, showed up, and gave, the more successful and fulfilled I would feel. And for many years, on paper, it was working. Until something in my body knew it wasn't the whole story. What I was experiencing was a cycle of full activation followed by full depletion. Pushing hard, then crashing. Creating from overflow one week and running on fumes the next. What I didn't yet have language for was this: I was living almost entirely in one energy and I was starving the other two. What I was really longing for wasn't a smaller life. It was a life that could actually hold my expansion. This week's episode of Elevate Daily is one I've been wanting to record for a while. It's all about the three energies that shape how supported, spacious, and sustainable your expansion actually feels. In This Episode We Explore: The push-hard, crash-hard cycle that so many high performers get caught in and why it's not sustainable. If you've ever found yourself swinging between total activation and total shutdown, you're not broken. You're just over-indexed in one energy. The real desire isn't work-life balance…it's harmony. And that requires understanding all three energies at play.Lean in energy: the activation energy of creating, leading, and putting yourself out there. This is where momentum lives. It's the energy of launching, showing up for clients, initiating in your relationships, and doing the high-intensity things that make things happen. It's also the energy most high-achievers have made their entire identity and when it's the only gear you have, burnout becomes inevitable.Lean back energy: the receptive energy of reflection, integration, and true discernment. This is where your unique voice and wisdom actually live. It's where downloads arrive, where clarity on your authentic path emerges, and where you finally get to exhale. In business, it looks like intentional reflection after a launch. In your relationships, it's allowing others to move towards you. In your health, it's the slow, restorative movement that lets you simply be with yourself. For high performers, this is often the first energy sacrificed and the one most worth reclaiming.Lean on energy: the energy of real support, real delegation, and real trust. This is the one that changed everything for me. It's the energy of hiring team members, setting up systems and automations, asking for help, and allowing others to hold what you've been convinced only you can hold. When you resist lean on energy, your capacity is capped at what you alone can carry. When you honor it, expansion becomes boundless and the journey starts to feel as good as the destination. How to identify your dominant energy and the one you've been avoiding. There are no should’s here and no hierarchy between the three, just an honest, loving look at where you naturally gravitate and where you've been out of balance. I offer you a simple invitation: pick one tiny action to honor the energy you've been neglecting most. Why these three energies are designed to work together, not in competition. Lean in creates momentum. Lean back cultivates wisdom. Lean on creates sustainability. The goal isn't perfect, equal distribution. It's knowing which season you're in, what your priorities require, and being radically honest about what your capacity needs most right now to feel genuinely held. 47. Aging in Crescendo: Health, Self-Love, and the Energetic Body with Kristin Rowell

There's a dynamic I see so often with ambitious women...and I've felt it myself too. You know you're leading a big life. You know your mission matters. AND you desire to feel resourced while you do it. Recording this powerful conversation with Kristin Rowell felt like a deep exhale. Because what moves me most isn't just that she's fit. It's the way she relates to her body. Kristin has a powerful way of honoring both the physical body and the energetic body, inviting us to honor our bodies as the beautiful temples they are. She invites us into caring for ourselves from a place of self-love, not performance. To trust that you are 99.99% energy. To remember that simplicity is the highest expression of self-love. And to see this human body as a vessel that just holds your divinity in form. In this week's episode of Elevate Daily, I sit down with Kristin to pull back the curtain on what it really takes to lead resourced, not depleted. In This Episode We Explore: Why high-achievers get stuck in information overwhelm when it comes to health. Should I eat eggs or are eggs going to kill me? Should I be vegan or carnivore? Is HIIT going to spike my cortisol? There is no shortage of conflicting information online, and for the woman running a family, a household, and a mission, it becomes its own full-time job. Kristin shares how to cut through the noise. The difference between caring for your body from self-love vs. treating it like another performance metric. Your mission, whether you realize it or not, is so about self-love. Making it to the gym in the morning is an act of self-love. Everything shifts when you care about yourself so much that you are the priority, not another optimization project. What it means to nourish the energetic body, not just the physical body. You are 99.99% energy. Until you get at the root patterns energetically that have kept you stuck, the physical thing is showing up as a manifestation of what's happening with the energy. This human body is a vessel that just holds your divinity in form. Kristin's three practical non-negotiables for cultivating health & vitality. Hydration with electrolytes. More healthy fats instead of empty carbohydrates. And strength training, which she calls one of the most spiritual things you can do because it puts you fully into the present moment with your body. Simple, specific, and powerful for women leading big lives. Her simple morning rituals to resource yourself before the day takes over. One physical, one energetic. A 10 to 15 minute meditation in that in-between space when you're kind of awake but kind of asleep, followed by lemon water with electrolytes. The more complex they are, the less likely you are to follow-through. Start with simple, notice how good you feel, and expand from there. Why simplicity is the highest expression of self-love. Kristin's Gene Key 23 moves from the shadow of complexity to the gift of simplicity to the siddhi of quintessence. She is a living embodiment of cutting through the noise to what actually matters most, and her invitation is for us to do the same with our bodies. Meet Kristin Rowell Kristin Rowell is a business trial lawyer turned Functional Nutritional Therapist and Energy Healer and the Founder/CEO of Energetically Efficient™. She believes that each of us is responsible for taking control of our own health and longevity, and she firmly believes that doing so starts with tuning in and listening to the signals our bodies are always sending us. As a former high-stress business litigator turned health coach, Kristin serves what she calls the “old” her: high achieving, stressed-out professionals who desire to prioritize their health and wellness but need accountability and support from an expert. She is the “go-to health coach” for many successful executives around the country. 46. How to Create Freedom That Feels Expansive

There's a version of freedom I used to chase that felt like no structure, no rigid timelines, no rules. It's what I now call baby freedom. I was constantly deciding, recalibrating, and using my energy to figure out what mattered in real time. This version of freedom was actually exhausting. What I've come to see is that the kind of freedom that actually feels nourishing doesn't come from avoiding structure. It comes from honoring it. That version I call BIG FREEDOM. It's where you take ownership of the bigger picture of your life. You're clear on your highest vision. You make decisions upfront so you know what matters and you know what doesn't. Big freedom is all about delighting your future self so you create the structure that actually holds her. In this week's episode of Elevate Daily, I'm exploring the key practice that feeds big freedom...separating decision-making mode from devotion mode. In this episode we explore: Baby freedom vs. big freedom. Baby freedom is choosing what feels good now without thinking about the bigger picture. Big freedom is knowing your highest vision so clearly that when opportunities arise, you can say yes or no without hesitation. One keeps you reactive. The other compounds your momentum. Why trying to decide and execute at the same time is costing you. When you're making decisions while also trying to create, lead, and serve, your energy fragments. You move forward while still questioning the path and in doing so, you give up your most leveraged resource: your presence. What decision-making mode actually looks like. This is the sacred structure you create to front-load your choices from your clearest energy, your visionary identity, seeing the full picture so your decisions serve every area of your life, not just the one right in front of you. What devotion mode makes possible. When your decisions are already made, everything changes. You stop second guessing. You stop negotiating with yourself. You simply move, fully held by the structure you created, with all of your best energy channeled into what truly matters. The practical tools that make this real. From the weekly ritual tracker to batching podcast episodes to scheduling big couple decisions intentionally, this episode is full of tangible examples of how front-loading decisions creates more spaciousness, not less. Why freedom actually requires structure. Especially for those who deeply value creativity and flow, there can be a subtle resistance to structure because it feels like it will take something away. This episode reframes that entirely. 45. Four Decisions That Made Success Stop Feeling So Hard

Preparing for maternity leave gave me a different kind of clarity. When you're entering a new expansive chapter, you can't pretend your capacity is endless. So you start asking more refined questions. What actually matters? What am I carrying that I no longer need to carry? What decisions have I never consciously made, but have simply inherited? And when I took a closer look at wildly successful women I found they aren't making more decisions than anyone else, they make different decisions. And in this week's episode of Elevate Daily, I'll share these four foundational decisions that I've made that filter how I lead and live. These decisions opened up for me that success can feel unbelievably good. In This Episode We Explore: The decision to stop comparing your success to anyone else. Comparison is a thief of joy. And when you get radically honest, anytime success feels heavy, it's typically linked to comparison. When you unplug from everyone else's blueprint and come back into your own, you start to stand fully in your value, own your standards, and honor your full body yes's and your full body no's. The decision to lead lifestyle first, not business first. For most of my life, I was doing it backwards. My lifestyle was the byproduct of my business. When I flipped that, I started asking different questions. What lifestyle do I most care about? And then how does my business need to be structured to support that? The decision to choose devotion over hustle. If you're on the wrong plane, it doesn't matter how fast it's going. Devotion is not about taking more action. It's about knowing where you're going and ensuring the action you're taking is aligned with where you truly want to be. The decision to make your success delicious. I had to realize something uncomfortable. My nervous system was naturally wired for chaos. And when I started to trust ease, to trust the calm, to trust being supported, everything shifted. Success doesn't have to feel heavy. It doesn't have to be so damn hard. Because what if success got to feel as good on the inside as it looks on the outside? 44. Intentional Branding and Messaging In The Age of AI with Cristy Duce

Last year, I found myself staring at my website feeling a low-grade frustration I couldn't quite name. My brand was pretty and polished in many ways. I was closing dream clients. Yet I no longer felt the full-body connection with it. It felt like an outdated version of me, rather than the fullest expression of me and my body of work. Then Cristy Duce walked into my life. And in this week's episode of Elevate Daily, I sit down with Cristy to pull back the curtain on all of it. People call her a brand oracle for a reason. She doesn't start with surface-level fixes, she goes straight to the root, the heartbeat, the essence, the energetic through-line of who you actually are and what your work truly is. This conversation turned into an invitation to stop shaping yourself to be digestible and allowing your brand to be an expression of who you've truly become, and are becoming...unapologetically. In this episode we explore: What it means to let your brand become a vehicle for your true expression instead of a persona designed to perform. Your brand is not just your website or aesthetic. It's the transmission of your work, the feeling people receive when they step into your world, and the clarity of what you stand for. Instead of turning this into a masterclass, I offered my own rebrand journey as a case study. Why clarity of essence makes platforms, visuals, and messaging secondary. So often we start with the surface, the colors, the website, the copy. But when you get to the heartbeat of what your work actually is and who you actually are, the decisions simplify. How AI doesn't replace authenticity, it amplifies incoherence. AI can create efficiency, but it cannot replace discernment, energetic coherence, and the specificity that makes your work feel alive, intimate, and unmistakably yours. If the root isn't clear, AI only makes the misalignment louder. The subtle ways we hide our strongest qualities because we think they won't be taken seriously. For me, the work was releasing the version of power I thought I needed to project and allowing softness, sensuality, and devotion to lead. For another of Cristy's clients, it was the opposite. She had built a soft aesthetic but was hiding her fire, directness, and edge. Different directions, the same invitation: stop shaping yourself to be digestible. Why simplicity and joy are often signs you're finally aligned. We unpack how old identities can linger in your visuals, copy, offers, and online presence, and how the tension often isn't that your work has changed, it's that your expression hasn't caught up. When alignment arrives, it tends to feel lighter than you expected. The difference between being visible and being expressed. The more honest, textured, and precise your expression becomes, the more your people can actually feel you. This conversation invites you to ask what is actually true for you, what feels enlivening, and to let your expression visually, verbally, and energetically match who you actually are and the body of work you truly carry. Meet Cristy Duce Cristy Duce is a brand strategist and creative director who helps multi-dimensional founders translate their body of work into cohesive visual brands, offers, and digital ecosystems. Through her Brand Oracle work, she bridges insight and implementation - in both done-with-you intensives for coaches, unconventional service providers, and founders, as well as done-for-you builds for speakers, authors, and large-scale content creators. 43. Decoding Dr. Brené Brown: Vulnerability, Magnetism and the Power of Being Fully Seen

The greatest transformations rarely come from advice. They come from witnessing someone fully embody what is possible. In this episode of Elevate Daily, I decode the Gene Keys of Dr. Brené Brown, renowned research professor at the University of Houston, six-time #1 New York Times bestselling author, and one of the most influential voices of our time on vulnerability and shame. This is not about placing her on a pedestal. It is about studying embodiment. About asking what happens when a woman at the highest level of cultural influence chooses to work with her design instead of against it. Dr. Brené Brown has not only impacted millions. She has shaped me. I still remember the first time I watched her TED talk. I was fresh out of college, navigating grief, and something in her integration of rigor and vulnerability activated a deeper truth in me. That is the power of embodied leadership. In this episode, we explore: Her Mission Code Gene Key 14, moving from Compromise to Competence to BounteousnessWhat becomes possible when you stop watering down what’s true to stay acceptable and no longer chooses between depth and accessibility Her Money Code Gene Key 15, moving from Dullness to Magnetism to FluorescenceWhen you stop trying to escape the ordinary and instead lets aliveness move through what is already here Her Meaning Code Gene Key 30, moving from Desire to Lightness to RaptureWhy bringing lightness to heavy topics creates deeper impact and allows you to soften into your own humanity Her Magnetism Code Gene Key 35, moving from Hunger to Adventure to BoundlessnessHow following curiosity and creative adventure attracts aligned opportunities and influence You may share one of her Gene Keys. 42. From Heavy to Holy: Turning What Matters Into Ritual

In this episode, we’re diving into something I’ve seen so much with accomplished entrepreneurs and high-capacity, world-class women. What do you do when you have something in your life that is deeply important to you, something you highly value, and yet it feels heavy to carry? Not always full burnout or full collapse. But if you’re honest, it can feel like effort. Like willpower. Like you’re there, but your full presence isn’t. And this is different than the “get it off your plate” conversation. Because these are the things that are the juice and the beauty of your life. So in this episode, I’m going to share with you why this happens, how to shift into a new way of relating to what matters, and how to create a simple, joyful ritual structure so you can show up with more ease, more presence, and more devotion. What You’ll Learn In This Episode:1. Why What Matters Starts Feeling HeavyWhen something important becomes heavy, it is often a sign it has slipped into default. You tend to go through the motions in your life instead of experiencing it fully. You're on autopilot. And when you operate on autopilot long enough, you lose connection to why the important thing matters. That’s when it starts to feel like pressure and obligation, instead of something you consciously choose with intention and desire. 2. Habit vs RitualHabits can help you take action but they can also become another form of autopilot. Ritual is different…it is creating a sacred container, a sacred structure, so that you are fully present in the experience in a way that shapes who you become. The joy is then felt in the doing and not postponed until the end result. 3. How to Bring Joy Back Into What You’re Showing Up ForThis episode is about relating differently, showingcasing that when you bring intention back to the moment, even the seemingly mundane becomes meaningful again. Practical Takeaways: • Notice the places where something important has slipped into default mode. Where are you on autopilot? • Ask yourself why it matters, and feel the answer. Not your goals. Not your metrics. The deeper why. • Choose one simple ritual element that makes showing up feel lighter, and let it be easy enough to repeat. 41. The Money Code: Designing Wealth That Feels Light

What I’ve seen, again and again, working with highly successful, world-class women is that what makes you feel truly prosperous is rarely just what’s in your bank account. It’s how you relate to your experience of being a steward of wealth and how you create wealth, circulate it, hold it, and the internal experience you’re having while doing so. If you’ve built success, yet money still feels heavy, this episode gives you a first, perfect taste of how things shift when you align with your unique energetic design. Because when your inner world catches up, wealth starts to feel lighter, softer, and more easeful…more you! What You’ll Learn In This Episode: 1. Prosperity Is About Relationship, Not Revenue True prosperity isn’t just accumulation. It’s how you create, circulate, hold, and internally relate to wealth. 2. What Most Money Advice Misses Save. Invest. Diversify. Scale. These strategies can be sound. But they rarely ask: why does money feel heavy for you? What expands one woman can deplete another. We each have a specific energetic frequency for how we create and experience wealth. When you operate outside that frequency, money feels effortful or never enough. 3. Your Gene Keys Money Code Inside your Gene Keys blueprint is a placement I call the Money Code. It reveals what makes wealth feel light versus heavy for you specifically. It shows how you’re designed to receive, circulate, and structure money. Practical Takeaways: • Notice when money feels heavy. Is it the strategy or is it misalignment with your design? • Identify what actually makes you feel prosperous. Simplicity? Impact? Celebration? Something else entirely? • Refine one financial structure in your life to better reflect your energetic frequency. Small shifts create immediate lightness.
