Episode 17: The Past Is the Past, It’s Not Your Identity | Part 2 |

The Past Is the Past, It’s Not Your Identity | Part 2 | My Moxie Lounge Your past may have shaped you, but it does not define you. ❤️ In Part Two of The Past Is the Past, It’s Not Your Identity, we’re taking the next step toward personal growth, emotional healing, and becoming the woman you want to be. Maybe you’ve spent years carrying the weight of a failed relationship, divorce, disappointment, past mistakes, missed opportunities, or choices you wish you could change. Perhaps you’ve allowed those experiences to influence how you see yourself, what you believe you deserve, or what you think is possible for your future. It’s time to change that narrative. In this episode of My Moxie Lounge, we explore how recognizing the past and reclaiming your sense of self can help you take meaningful action and move forward. You cannot rewrite what happened, but you can change the meaning you give it, the power you allow it to hold, and the direction you choose to take from here. Personal growth begins when you stop identifying with what happened to you and start recognizing the strength, wisdom, and resilience you’ve gained along the way. Whether you’re navigating life after 40 or 50, rebuilding confidence after divorce, rediscovering your identity, or simply feeling ready for a fresh start, this conversation is your reminder that your past is part of your story, not the definition of who you are. You still have choices. You still have possibilities. And you still have time to create a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and completely your own. So, let’s stop looking backward for permission to move forward. It’s time to take action, embrace your next chapter, and fire up your Moxie! Because the woman you were yesterday does not have to limit the woman you become tomorrow. Episode 15: Trust Yourself: You Know More Than You Think

How often do we second-guess ourselves, ask everyone else for advice, or wait for someone to tell us we’re making the right decision? In this episode of My Moxie Lounge, we’re talking about the power of trusting yourself, especially when you’re entering a new chapter of life. After 50, you’ve accumulated something no one else can give you: experience, wisdom, intuition, resilience, and the ability to know yourself better than you did when you were younger. Yet it’s surprisingly easy to forget that you already have many of the answers you’re looking for. We’ll talk about rebuilding self-confidence, trusting your intuition, making decisions without seeking constant approval, overcoming self-doubt, and finding the courage to listen to your own voice. Because sometimes the person you need to trust most isn’t your best friend, your partner, your family, or an expert. It’s you. If you’re ready to stop second-guessing yourself, embrace your next chapter, and fire up a little more moxie, this episode is for you.
