The world we live in is a "selfie-culture" and teaches us to be selfish and only think about our own well-being, but the Bible is clear on putting ourselves last. They also talk about prioritizing our time and making sure that we are filled up, in order to give the best of ourselves.

    Sometimes, we as Christians also face very challenging situations, such as loss and today we chat about how to handle grief. Jesus never said that life would be easy and that we'd be wrapped in cotton wool, but He DOES promise to carry us through difficult situations. It's also important not to always wish that we weren't in the place where we are, but rather, to embrace it and see what the Lord has for us in that situation.
