041: When Your Life Story Changes Overnight | Kimberly Warner

When a life story shifts overnight, it can unravel everything we thought we knew, including our identity, family, and even our sense of stability. In this conversation, we explore how Kimberly Warner navigates that kind of upheaval and what it reveals about healing, truth, and living fully. We follow Kimberly’s journey from a childhood shaped by hidden anxiety and perfectionism to a series of life-altering discoveries in adulthood. A DNA test reveals that the father who raised her was not her biological parent, which leads to an honest discussion about how these revelations intersect with Kimberly’s chronic illness. This leads to a conversation on the cost of constantly trying to “fix” ourselves and the freedom that comes with letting go. What emerges is a moving exploration of identity, surrender, and the idea that healing doesn’t mean becoming whole. Rather, it means learning to live meaningfully within the unknown. Listen in to learn how brokenness can open the door to connection, purpose, and unexpected peace. 040: Signs, Inner Guidance & Belonging with Karen Brailsford

What if the universe is constantly speaking to you through signs, synchronicities, and quiet moments of inner knowing? In this thoughful conversation, author of the award-winning book Sacred Landscapes of the Soul, Karen Brailsford shares how a lifetime of listening to subtle guidance has shaped her path. Growing up in the South Bronx while attending an elite Manhattan private school, Karen learned early how to move between very different worlds while staying deeply connected to spirit. Her journey eventually led her to Los Angeles, where she built a successful journalism career writing for publications such as Newsweek, People, and Elle. Yet it was a series of synchronicities and unexpected moments that ultimately guided her to the Agape International Spiritual Center, where she now serves as a licensed spiritual practitioner. Throughout this conversation, Karen shares how everyday signs, songs that appear at the perfect moment, meaningful numbers, chance encounters, and even something as simple as a misplaced object showing up right when it is needed can become reminders that we are never navigating life alone. Together, we explore how to trust inner guidance, move beyond the need for external approval, and respond to life’s challenges with compassion and gentleness toward ourselves. This episode is a beautiful reminder that the universe may be speaking to us far more often than we realize and that the deep sense of belonging we seek may already be within us. In this episode you will hear: Early experiences with inner guidance and feeling supported by spiritHow synchronicities and everyday signs confirm universal supportShifting from seeking external approval to living in soul alignmentResponding to triggers and challenges with love and gentleness toward ourselvesUnderstanding the inner landscapes that shape our emotional livesSimple ways to trust intuition and stay open to guidance Resources from this Episode Connect with Karen at karenbrailsford.comwww.fearunzipped.com Instagram: @iamkarenbrailsford“Sacred Landscapes of the Soul: Aligning with the Divine Wherever You Are” Amazon Link: https://www.amazon.com/Sacred-Landscapes-Soul-Aligning-Wherever/dp/1948018845/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2DWW2JMN43FDD&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.0fPK1EqHzEzqW751YfLL_eXOhfgg6ownzwSQr9zUFflXHbJMldNWuuGE4E_qIINuDvBH4AXwJIPdA8Uh1FJhbwFeWm3H9KrDSUc8HijlkHE.bCQr0uzeyOiBVp_3kSqVIfz7SDoSO4WwMiOadQ5AFS0&dib_tag=se&keywords=sacred+landscapes+of+the+soul&qid=1772119278&sprefix=sacred+landsc%2Caps%2C161&sr=8-1  Follow and Review: We’d love for you to follow us if you haven’t yet. 5. 039: Medical Intuitive Patrice Krysztofiak on Body Signals

039: Medical Intuitive Patrice Krysztofiak on Body Signals

On the very first day of 2026, I received an unexpected message from someone I had never met. His name is Patrice Krysztofiak, a French-born medical intuitive, and that message turned into one of the most unusual and personal conversations I’ve had on this podcast. Since that moment, I’ve experienced some profound shifts in my own life, and so have several of my friends. Patrice is thoughtful, funny, and completely authentic. In this conversation, we explore what it means to listen to the body, trust intuition, and understand that sometimes healing begins simply by slowing down and paying attention. Patrice’s journey to this work was anything but conventional. Originally a computer developer and digital marketer in France, his life changed dramatically after a period of intense stress, depression, and personal crisis. Meditation led to a powerful, energetic experience that opened the door to intuitive perceptions he had never experienced before. During our conversation, Patrice explains how he began sensing disruptions in the body’s energetic flow and how those signals may reflect emotional trauma, environmental factors, or unresolved experiences. Rather than describing himself as a traditional healer, Patrice sees his role as helping people uncover what may be quietly holding them back so the body can begin to rebalance naturally. Throughout the episode, we explore the deeper relationship between intuition, emotional well-being, and physical health. Patrice emphasizes that the body often knows how to heal itself when we create space for stillness and awareness. By slowing down, speaking to the body, and paying attention to subtle signals, we may discover that many of the answers we seek have been within us all along. And as Patrice likes to remind people… remember to smile. In this episode, you will hear: The idea that the body stores unresolved emotional experiences and communicates through physical symptomsHow intuitive sessions work and sensing disruptions in energy flow within the bodyThe connection between intuition, resonance, and trusting the signals our bodies send usStories of energetic releases and unexpected shifts during intuitive sessionsSimple ways to begin listening to the body and support self-healingThe growing role of heart-centered awareness and intuition in personal transformation Resources from this Episode https://www.patricekrysztofiak.comwww.fearunzipped.com  Follow and Review: We’d love for you to follow us if you haven’t yet. 038: Uncovering the Unconscious: Healing Fear & Conflict with Isa Gucciardi

Fear and conflict often feel like external problems, but as this conversation reveals, many of the struggles we face begin deep within the unconscious mind. In this episode, we welcome Isa Gucciardi, Ph.D., a cultural and linguistic anthropologist, spiritual teacher, and creator of Depth Hypnosis™, a therapeutic model that blends ancient wisdom traditions with modern psychological thought. Isa says the path to peace is through conflict which is our teacher. Isa shares how her lifelong exploration of human healing began in childhood, when living in places like Hawaii and Mexico exposed her to nature-centered cultures and indigenous traditions. Observing the harmony present in nature sparked a powerful question that would shape her career. Why do humans experience so much conflict while the natural world operates with balance?  That curiosity eventually led her to study anthropology, comparative religion, and transpersonal psychology, and later develop Depth Hypnosis as a way to help people uncover the root causes of emotional suffering. Throughout the conversation, Isa explains how unresolved memories and buried emotional experiences often drive behaviors such as anxiety, addiction, or interpersonal conflict. Through real examples from her therapeutic work, she illustrates how individuals can uncover hidden emotional patterns and reconnect with their inner guidance to create meaningful change. Practices that involve somatic awareness, inner visualization, and compassionate self-reflection help reveal the deeper truths behind the struggles people face. Listeners will get to learn how unconscious patterns shape their lives and how reconnecting with inner wisdom can lead to healing, clarity, and lasting peace. 037: How Dreams Resolve Fear & Unlock Inner Guidance with Dr. Bonnie Buckner

Fear often greets us before we even get out of bed, but what if our dreams are actually trying to help us loosen its grip? In this conversation, we explore how dreaming can become one of our most powerful tools for understanding, healing, and inner guidance. Bonnie Buckner, PhD, is founder and CEO of the International Institute for Dreaming and Imagery®, author of THE SECRET MIND, and Program Lead for George Washington University's One Humanity Leadership Coaching Certification Program, where she uses dreaming and imagery work to develop coaches. Drawing from a lifelong relationship with dreams, she reframes dreams not as random events, but as meaningful messages from within. We discuss why nightmares are often gifts in disguise, dramatically waking us up to unresolved emotions or imbalances in waking life. Bonnie explains the difference between unresolved and resolved dreams, and how consciously re-entering and shifting dream imagery can transform fear into empowerment. We also explore common dream themes such as being chased, unable to scream, flying, or facing overflowing toilets. Rather than relying on rigid symbolism, Bonnie emphasizes that the dreamer is the true expert. By keeping a handwritten dream journal, setting intention, and resisting the urge to edit or judge what surfaces, we begin building a direct relationship with our inner wisdom. Listeners will learn how dreams expand creativity, reconnect us to nature and embodiment, and remind us that many of life’s challenges are simpler than we make them. When we partner with our dreams, fear softens, and a deeper, more authentic self emerges. In this episode, you will hear: Nightmares as wake-up calls to unresolved fear and emotionResolved versus unresolved dreams and how to shift the outcomeDream journaling as a tool for intuition and self-healingCreativity, imagination, and inner guidance through imageryFacing fear directly and unzipping what feels threateningEmbodiment nature and returning to inner wisdom Resources from this Episode https://bonniebuckner.com/https://www.instagram.com/dreamwithiidi/ https://www.facebook.com/institutefordreamingandimagery https://www.linkedin.com/company/international-institute-for-dreaming-and-imagery/posts/?feedView=all https://institutefordreamingandimagery.com/www.fearunzipped.com  Follow and Review: We’d love for you to follow us if you haven’t yet. 036: Colette Baron-Reid: Fear, Intuition, and the Art of Manifesting

In this powerful and deeply personal conversation, we explore how fear, intuition, and manifestation intersect and how our past does not have to dictate our future. We sit down with Colette Baron-Reid, bestselling author, spiritual intuitive, and founder of The Oracle School Experience®, to unpack her extraordinary journey from a fear-filled childhood to becoming a global teacher of transformation. Colette shares how early experiences with anxiety, ancestral trauma, and feeling “different” shaped her life. Gifted with intuitive abilities from a young age, she struggled to feel safe in her own skin. That fear later manifested as addiction, self-sabotage, and a relentless search for belonging. After getting clean and sober nearly 40 years ago, everything changed. Recovery became the doorway to spiritual growth, self-responsibility, and a radical reimagining of what was possible. We dive into the art of manifestation, not as wishful thinking, but as a practice of rehearsing a new state of being. Colette explains how the quantum field responds to who we are, not just what we want. Through gratitude, creative expression, and conscious intention, we can rewire old fear patterns and align with opportunities we may never have imagined. Listeners will walk away understanding how fear can be transmuted into fuel, how intuition can be trusted, and how manifestation often arrives in forms far better than we planned. Like Colette says, “Everything is possible when you open your connection to the universe!” In this episode, you will hear: Addiction, self-sabotage, and the turning point of sobrietyTaking responsibility for healing without owning others’ traumaManifestation as a state of being rather than forcing outcomesRewiring fear through neuroscience, creativity, and conscious intentionUsing art and line drawing to regulate anxiety and access intuitionTrusting the universe to deliver opportunities in unexpected forms Resources from this Episode Website: https://www.colettebaronreid.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/colettebaron_reid/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/colettebaronreidTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@colettebaronreidLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/colettebaronreid/Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/colettebaronreid/Download your free gifts when you order the book! www.colettebaronreid.com/bookwww.fearunzipped.com  Follow and Review: We’d love for you to follow us if you haven’t yet.
