The Care for Carers podcast is produced by the Carers Inclusion & Diversity Group at the Parliament of NSW. The Carers group aims to celebrate, educate and highlight the complex responsibilities that come with caring for someone with a mental illness, disability or for an older person. Our focus is also on improving the workplace for employees with caring responsibilities. The podcast raises awareness around the important role carers play in our society by shining the spotlight on individual Carers and their stories. Each episode features a diverse range of guests who share their experiences as a Carer, including the challenges, rewards and advice they have for employers and Carers, both present and future.
