Love the content. Great job! A few recommendations. Please gain up the narration vs other interviews. I always had to turn the volume up for you then back down. When others are speaking, the background jingle is super distracting. Noticed it most in the last few episodes but once my brain locked in on it, I couldn’t shake it. I hope there are more seasons. What a wild childhood!

As someone who has listened to tons of true crime podcasts I think this one is up there. Refreshing narrator (often too humble at times lol, I was in my car saying out loud your crushing it! When he would humbly remind listeners he isn’t a pro journalist, etc. Stay humble bc it’s what makes you so great to listen to/ you just keep it real) Loved the narrators unique perspective and the importance of finding the unbiased truth. Incredible story. I cried at least 2x just because there is so much realness and love here amongst terrible circumstances beyond so many’s control. Really hoping we get a 2026 update IYKYK. I don’t want to ruin anything but please have an update episode at least sharing who picks him up.

The story is super interesting. I did find the narrators voice to be monotonous and robotic to listen but still enjoyed it. If you liked this one, go checkout WISECRACK, also by Tenderfoot.

Not worth listening to. Maybe keep the constant negative comments, complaints and insults of dead dad til the end. You made it clear how you felt in the first few minutes of the 1st episode. Too bad it sounded like an interesting story with historical value. Wasted.
