Compromised to Alchemized Podcast

Dr. Neel Bulchandani

When Dr. Neel was walking around, pondering the challenges that seem to be running rampant in our era - feeding issues with infants, airway issues with kids and adults, and tension in seemingly everyone's nervous systems and bodies, he uttered aloud the question, "How are we going to help everyone go from a compromised airway to an alchemized airway?" And once he said that aloud, his wife suggested omitting the word "airway" to broaden the phrase, and it resonated. It's the homage to Paulo Coelho's brilliant book, The Alchemist, that of alchemy, that seems fitting in characterizing this journey many families seem to find themselves on. It's a rigorous process at times to access healing and a non-linear one. This lead-turning-into-gold process can be daunting, and it takes a village. On this podcast, Dr. Neel carries engaging conversations with healers who have guided others through challenging moments - ones that can hold the paradoxical tension of pain and joy all at once. In the 1st season, Dr. Neel focused on interviewing experts in the fields of birth psychology and embodied embryology, and in the 2nd season, he focuses on those who journey with families from birth onward.

    89. The Spiral of Healing with Dean Hall

Welcome back to the Compromised to Alchemized podcast! In this episode I interview Dean Hall. We explore the intersection of trauma, natural healing, bioelectricity, and personal transformation. We first reflect on our shared experiences at the MASH facility in Minnesota with Harvey Martin and Thomas Seeger, diving into Dean’s extraordinary story of overcoming cancer twice through river swimming, the therapeutic power of nature, and the non-linear, spiral journey of human healing. About Dean Hall Dean Hall is a licensed therapist, Certified Radical Remission Health Coach, and has over 30 years and 50,000 hours of face-to-face experience in the mental health field. A two-time cancer survivor, world record-setting extreme endurance athlete, and no stranger to personal hardship, Dean has the life experience to stand behind his techniques and advice. Dean firmly believes that reconnecting ourselves to nature has the power to change our lives for the better. He discovered this first-hand when, while swimming the entire length of the Willamette River, nature healed his leukemia. Now, his mission in life is to lead and inspire others to discover the healing powers of nature for themselves to stop the heavy stressors and negative routines by guiding them back to happiness and health. In this powerful episode of the Compromised to Alchemized podcast, Kelley—a myofunctional therapist, former dental professional, and army veteran— joins me for a candid, unfiltered discussion about systemic gaps in healthcare, female biology, and midlife transformation. Kelley shares her personal journey from growing up in adversity and serving in the military to confronting chronic health issues, postpartum struggles, and late-in-life diagnoses (including hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS, MCAS, ADHD, and autism). Together, we explore why standard airway and sleep research falls short for women, the crucial role of energetic alignment in healing, and how stepping into midlife offers the ultimate freedom to speak truth and reclaim space. About Kelley Rubio Kelley Rubio, RDH, QOM, CertBBM is the founder of My Myo My Health, an airway-focused therapy and wellness practice in Phoenix and Mesa, Arizona. 87. Disrupting Reality: What Is Actually Possible? With Dr. Amy Albright

Welcome back to the Compromised to Alchemised podcast! Thank you for tuning in for another inspiring episode with the returning guest, Dr. Amy Albright. In this episode we have a deep, multidimensional conversation exploring the frontiers of holistic healing, human potential, and the unified field of creation. Moving far beyond rigid academic frameworks and standard bodywork practices, we unpack how unlocking deep root-cause physical and energetic blockages—such as cervical spine instability, jaw/airway mechanics, and emotional holdings—can trigger immediate, life-altering shifts. We also discuss the art of precise appraisal, the courage required to innovate outside standard care boundaries, and how moving from "manifestation" into "creational field" work allows practitioners and individuals to step into authentic alignment, health, and freedom. About Dr. Amy Albright The founders and executives who come to me have usually done everything right. They've built the company, hired the team, done the coaching, the therapy, the plant medicine, the retreats. Some have already had an exit. By any external measure, they're high-functioning. And yet something persists. A ceiling they keep bumping into. A stress pattern nothing fully resolves. A quiet recognition that they've built a life optimized for achievement and somewhere along the way, what mattered most quietly receded. The depth of connection. The relationship to themselves. The sense that they're actually living the life they built, not just running it. I'm a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, with twenty years working at the highest levels of executive coaching, advising companies from $10 million to $3 billion in valuation, most of them achieving 300%-plus top-line growth in two to three years. I also work as an oracle. That's not a metaphor, and it's not a brand position; it's a measurable neurological capacity. An EEG study of my own brain documented what my clients have reported for two decades: I perceive patterns in businesses, in the nervous system, in the energetic field, patterns conventional diagnostics don't reach. And I work directly with what I find. That's what allows me to move things that years of therapy, coaching, and other modalities haven't touched. What I see in a person, and what I'm able to move, operates at a level most modalities can't reach: the nervous system, the energetic field, the deeper structures generating the outcomes. Not just the behaviors sitting on top. Connect with Dr. Amy Albright: Holon Experience What insights from Dr. Albright resonated most with you? 86. Listening to Nature: Musing, Connecting, and Sensory Healing with Harmonic Egg Inventor Gail Lynn

In today’s episode of the Compromised to Alchemized podcast I welcome back Gail Lynn, inventor of the Harmonic Egg, for a wide-ranging, lighthearted, and deeply intuitive conversation. We discuss the stark contrast between patriarchal corporate models and matriarchal community-driven models in the wellness industry, and what true wealth looks like. Gail also shares the story behind her new music app, breaks down frequency "hangovers," and explores sensory description, playful musings, and connecting with nature. The Harmonic Egg is a wooden, egg-shaped, resonant chamber designed with Tesla mathematics, sacred geometry, and the Golden Mean Ratio (a dodecagon shape!). It uses sound, color, and light—specifically, consciously curated music pieces and custom color selections—to create high-frequency vibrational experiences. While you recline in a zero-gravity chair, the vibrational energy builds within the chamber, connecting with your Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) to allow the natural, homeodynamic healing of mind, body, and spirit. Tune in to understand the mechanics of this self-evolving energy technology and learn how we can build resilience in our own lives! 82. Trust Your Life with Michael Gungor

In this episode of the Compromised to Alchemized podcast, I welcome back Grammy-nominated musician, composer, and host of the Loving This podcast, Michael Gungor. Fresh off his first-ever Mystic Hymnal Tour, Michael pulls back the curtain on what it truly means to transition from a "performer" to a "space holder." Together, we dive deep into the exhausting yet rewarding world of co-creative music, the intersection of comedy and liturgy, and how to stop trying to "conquer" our internal and external realities. Instead of forcing life into a cookie cutter, Michael shares how adopting a "bonsai mindset" allows us to cooperate with the natural aliveness of the moment. Michael Gungor is a creative mystic living in Pasadena, California. Primarily known for his music, Gungor is the co-founder and primary songwriter of the eclectic indie band Gungor. The group's acclaimed albums blend elements of folk, rock, electronic, and world music, with Gungor's thoughtful, introspective lyrics exploring the divinity of the human experience. Gungor began his musical career writing worship music for the church, inspired by his Christian upbringing. However, as his own spiritual perspective expanded and evolved, so too did his artistic experimentation. Aside from his work under his musical moniker, Gungor, Michael has also released three ambient instrumental albums with his friend and bandmate Tyler Chester as “On Earth”, as well as an experimental side project called “Weiwu.” Beyond his music, Gungor is also the co-founder of the popular The Liturgists podcast, which brings together diverse guests for honest, thought-provoking conversations about faith, science, art, and the nature of the divine. He also has a second podcast exclusively focused on non dual spirituality called “Loving This.” In addition to his musical and podcast endeavors, Gungor has co-written songs for other artists, produced records, and created music for film and television. He is also an author, having published a book in 2010 titled "THIS: Becoming Free." An acclaimed live performer, Gungor and his band have toured extensively, building a devoted fanbase around the world. His music has earned him multiple Grammy nominations and numerous other accolades, cementing his status as a unique and influential creative force. About
