I talk about stepping away from marketing, momentum, and “what I should be doing,” choosing to live more fully with my kids, and how that decision unexpectedly led me right back into my work, this time in a way that felt honest, grounded, and deeply aligned. You’ll hear how my business evolved from surface-level support into something much more spiritual, intuitive, and self-led, why I reorganized everything I teach into clear phases of growth, and how reading Falling Upward helped me understand the difference between being a good soldier and accessing real power. I also share why I’m committed to helping women move out of the good girl paradigm without bypassing, fluff, or spiritual cringe, and what it actually looks like to choose meaning, truth, and freedom in the second half of life.
