  2. Jack and The Beanstalk | Decoding Fairy Tales

Jack and The Beanstalk | Decoding Fairy Tales

Jack and The Beanstalk most likely was written a very long time ago. Marie Cachet and Varg Vikerenes' decoding, or maieutics appear to be rock solid. Linking back to the bear-cult of the stone age, Jack and the Beanstalk explains important knowledge of procreation, child development and spirituality. Through allegory and symbol, the story explains pregnancy, childbirth and the reincarnation of the ancestor in the child at age seven. This episode feels like the deeper we go, the more we are barely scratching the surface. There is evidence of the footprints of seven-year-old footprints in prominent positions of ancient ritual sites in France. This further emphasises the societal importance of the transition from early childhood to age seven and the change of teeth. With the number seven popping up in fairy tales, we have found a lead into our next topic: to find solutions to contemporary problems by looking at old ways. Books Vikernes, Varg & Cachet, Marie. 3. Kids Like to (Pretend to) Die

Kids Like to (Pretend to) Die

One of the themes in children's dramatic play is the theme of death. Children's play involves death and and there must be a reason for it. This play sends a signal of re-incarnation, a message that our consciousness goes on after the body dies. It represents the archetypal symbolism of death. Death, in the tarot, has a meaning of transformation. The children expressing their current paradigm of a need to transform and to individuate. They are also expressing our current paradigm of involution, which is the present appropriation of the death card in tarot. The control system of government is a mechanism for involution and entropy. Death is the god that is "worshipped" by those in power. Selfishness at all costs and destruction of the other. When we are able to find a way through and nurture our children to become free-thinking and free-spirited, we will create a free world without the current death system. The death card will become a symbol of evolution and new beginnings. What then will the children teach us through their dramatic play? Will "death-play" still bubble up at the frequency it currently does? One way to release the grip, that the death-card has on humanity now, is to read the true fairy tales to our children. The solution is to read fairy tales in all their death and glory. Links Article on Death Play from HealGrief.Org: https://healgrief.org/children-death-play-normal/ Ordal, Carol C. (1984). 4. Fairy Tale Food for the Soul

    11/02/2024

Fairy Tale Food for the Soul

Continuing to clarify the importance of Fairy Tales, we explore the genealogy of Fairy Tales. Does the origin matter? We discover disputes in the discourse of researchers. As we explore we can reel it back in and recognise that Fairy Tales are deeply profound acts of genius. And whether they are old, ancient, re-written, orally re-counted, Christianised or bastardised... or both(!), they are collections of symbols. The symbolic collections require the knowledge and intuition of the people to understand and decode them. Then, we get to understand and preserve the importance of the messages therein. We get to appreciate the heart, soul, values and efforts of the authors of these tales. They knew the power of the fairy tale and they were driven to encode universal truths into them. They strived to create such powerful art so the story and symbolism would remain eternal just like the laws that are encoded in them. References: Bly, Robert.
