Sleepy History

I hear this often. Use this blessing to help you sleep. This is phenomenal. Frequent uploads, and a good length to make sure I get to sleep before it ends.

This podcast is the one reason I amazing sleep! This podcast is good for all ages though I would advise reading the description before playing it for young children. They have many different subjects and real human narrators! This is especially important to me because it makes the whole podcast feel more authentic. All in all this podcast is 100% at 10/10!

Between my two young kids and newborn, I’m up many times all night long. This podcast is the only thing that allows me to fall back asleep after night feeds and sleep interruptions. It calms my mind and is just interesting enough to keep my focus off stressing about lack of sleep, and before I know it I’ve somehow drifted off yet again. Thank you for making this gem of a podcast!!!

I like this podcast. Human readers and interesting content. However, I can’t tolerate the background sounds. I’m assuming it’s some type of binaural beats. For some reason, my brain finds the frequency they use really annoying. A voice only version would be nice.
