    Inner Critic (Inner Terrorist Hell Demon)

    On this episode, we are doing a deep dive into understanding an often misunderstood aspect of so many peoples' lives and experiences: the Inner Critic. According to the Diagnostic and Statistic Manual, each mental health aliment than falls under or is co-morbid to 'personality disorders' has faulty (or negative) self perception as one of diagnostic criteria.
