    4. Meltdowns and Moments of Insecurity

Hello lovelies! This episode is actually one that I very spontaneously recorded a while ago in the spur of a moment. I share quite a funny story (in hindsight, NOT in the moment) of our first baby shopping outing which led into somewhat of a crisis… and me asking questions that most new parents probably ask themselves but that no one really talks about. If you have ever felt completely overwhelmed by being a mother or just the sheer prospect of it, this one is for you.  As always, thank you for tuning in. 3. Did We Unconsciously Manifest a Baby?

Welcome back! In this episode, I pick up where we left off in last week’s episode - the story of us getting pregnant. I share how I found out about the pregnancy and how I told my partner, how we shared the news with everyone else, and some of the fun details and mind blowing synchronicities along the way. It’s a mixed bag of spiritual ponderings and just some good, light hearted girl-talk. I had a really fun time recording this one, hope you enjoy it as well!  As always, thank you for tuning in. 2. My Story

Welcome back my loves!  This episode is dedicated to my personal story. I share openly the journey I’ve gone through in the maiden phase of my life, including struggles with hormonal imbalance and acne, along with my experience of being on and coming off the pill, as well as copper IUD. I talk about the internal healing work all of these experiences have led to, including me discovering the trauma that was hidden behind all of it. In the beginning, I also ponder the medicine that sharing our stories hold, and how sharing my own story feels like an act of deep self-care.  Thank you for tuning in. --- Connect with me on Instagram @authentically_julia
