    Situationship gone…right?

    Heyooo it's your favorite gyal, back with another insightful episode. This time I’m exposing some deeper truths about my romantic life and what I've learned from my most recent situationship. Honestly this is the most emotionally mature way I've been able to feel through and see a “failed” relationship and that’s why I feel like something has gone right. Like, I’m actually gaining something regardless of things not going the way I had hoped. Am I over the situation? No. But all the love I have for it and this person is being redirected into me and my future. And I just wanted to share my insights to help any of you who are struggling with but hoping to do the same. Anyways, hope it helps, love you all & till next time!

    YOU are the key!!!

    What it do y’all? Today I’m back with another episode, my energy completely transformed from the last time I was with y’all and this episode is entirely about why and how. The summary is that I hosted a ShanaiSpace event and I got to live in the reality of successfully hosting a safe and intentional space for creatives (including myself) to be in community with each other. What a gift! AND I GAVE IT TO MYSELF and those around me!     A Solemn Reflection on the healing journey

    Heyy, ya’ll. Today my episode is a bit more somber. Very transparent and reflective of where I am at this stage in my life. These last few days and weeks I’ve been overcome with emotion and really struggling, mentally and emotionally. I was called to make this episode because I realize whenever I get to watch my videos back or hear my voice, I feel better. I feel encouraged. My voice has the power to heal me. And I’m grateful for it and how I choose to document my truths and I value that that is something important to me. I know that sharing these messages can always help someone else and so here I am.     Message from the Universe!

    Heyyooo!! Okay so I meant to drop this a few days ago but lifeee has been having a field day with me (in a good way!!) so here’s my episode to round out April. Today I’m sharing a message I received DIRECTLY from Love/the universe,  (almost 3 years ago now) and the gist is: DO WHAT YOU WANT in order to experience the life you dream of. :)  Obviously I explain further in the episode. Somewhere in the middle of it might get a little bit confusing but just stick it out til the end because I come with the clarity to wrap it all up as usualllll.     Take Your Time!

    This week I'm doing a bit of traveling while chatting but the theme is pretty straightforward, how social media is messing with our perception of time!     Open Up, Lean in, Say Yes!

    Heyoo! Look at me being more frequent with the posts! Today we have a short one and I’m talking about a lesson Love revealed to me…while in the bathroom loll. (She knows how to get my attention for sure). Anyway this lesson showed me why it's important to lean more into the nudges I get to do seemingly random things even when and maybe especially when my first reaction is to find a reason not to. Sometimes, we block the very thing we are asking for by not saying yes to one of our passing thoughts (the kind that it genuinely wouldn’t hurt us to explore). So I hope you enjoy this episode and that it inspires you to pay attention to your thoughts, initial reactions, reasonings AND then choose differently by leaning into the idea or the possibility.     Leave it at coat the check

    It’s SPRING!! And I’m thankful you’ve made it here. On this episode I highlight what’s been helping me to navigate my very depressive and imposter syndrome-y thoughts and so I invite you to take a listen and try it on. I also explained that my podcast may be going through a few changes, my good friend Elias suggested more frequent episodes, a name change, AND a new graphic so you may see some things looking and sounding a bit different.     How far I've come...RADIO CITY!!

    Hey y’all! Thankyou so much tuning in. In today’s episode I’m just reveling in the fact that the ONE step I chose to explore my creative interest in singing has led me all the way to performing on Radio City Music Hall’s stage!!!! I outline all the work and inspired action in between and acknowledge myself for how far I’ve come.  I’m very proud of myself and I’m grateful I get to share this episode with you.     What Is Love?

    It’s February y’all so you already know the theme of this month’s chat is love. Today’s episode is really just me grappling with the fact that love is not at all what I expected it to be. It’s much more uncomfortable and encouraging of growth, change, and self–reflection than I thought. Feel free to just listen as I try to put all of my conflicting feelings in one place.
