Sarah Robb: How to Actually Rewire Your Brain for Success

In this episode of The Morning Marketer we sit down with Sarah Robb, mindset coach, speaker, and founder of Breakthrough Blueprint. Sarah's journey started with the sudden death of her father when she was 20, followed by the death of her mother six years later. At 26, with no roadmap for grief, she went through traditional therapy, got sick of just talking about the problem, and travelled to Australia to train in neuro-linguistic programming to understand how to actually change it. Using what she learned about the subconscious mind, she built Breakthrough Blueprint, a coaching program that has helped hundreds of high performers, business owners, and CEOs work through self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and overthinking. Today Sarah runs a team of 14, has grown a personal brand of over 80,000 followers built on total transparency, and is working toward a mission of positively impacting a million lives by 2030. In this conversation, Sarah shares why the problem is never self-doubt, it's believing your thoughts, the difference between knowledge and application, and why she thinks most business owners have a business owner problem, not a business problem. Sarah gives a candid, unfiltered look at what it actually takes to rebuild your identity after losing everything, and proves that the hardest seasons can become the exact thing that makes you unshakeable. Jay-Jay Feeney: From 33 Years On Air to Building a Business From Zero

In this episode of The Morning Marketer we sit down with Jay-Jay Feeney, New Zealand radio icon turned podcast studio owner and co-founder of PodLab. Jay-Jay's journey started at a small New Plymouth radio station and turned into 33 years on air, including two decades on The Edge breakfast show and years hosting drive time on More FM. She left radio in 2024 at breaking point, and a week after resigning, the building that would become PodLab came up for lease. Using her broadcast experience and a leap of faith, she teamed up with her ex-husband and fellow radio veteran Dom Harvey to build a podcast studio from what was once a run-down music rehearsal space. Today PodLab is home to clients across Auckland, and Jay-Jay also co-hosts her own podcast, How To Have Sex, with sex and relationship coach Melissa Vranjes. In this conversation, Jay-Jay shares the mechanics of grabbing attention built over three decades of radio stunts, why she thinks most people quit their podcast around episode seven, and the real talk on hiring your first employee, dealing with online trolls, and building a business with your ex. Jay-Jay gives a candid, funny look at what it actually takes to reinvent a career after three decades in the spotlight, and proves that the scariest leaps often lead to the best opportunities.
