The Duke of York left England under the rule of the red rose of the House of Lancaster. His armies raised, his white rose raised high, he returns to… Riding by his side are three of his sons - Edward, the fierce and righteous eldest; George, the feisty and changeable middle child; and Richard, the most ferocious by far. Together, they’re a fearsome trio. What’s more, York has made an ally of the mighty Earl of Warwick, whose wealth and influence are second only to the king himself. If he can keep Warwick loyal to his cause, victory seems all but assured. But though King Henry urges a path of peace, Queen Margaret has no qualms fighting fire with fire, especially now that she has a son and heir to protect. When she recruits a bloodthirsty, vengeful soldier to her side, heads start to roll. War is here, and England lies in the balance.
