    40. What’s Your Message?

    37. Trust Your Gut

    You know that feeling, the feeling in your gut. It guides us (when we’re listening) and it is always there. Our intuition, that knowing in our gut, doesn’t just go away.  That doesn’t mean we always hear it!    As high achieving women, we oftentimes get stuck in our heads; we get too busy planning, “controlling” things instead of being present.  This episode talks about why, and how to re-connect and how to stay connected to our intuition.
