    Everyday Mediumship with Deb DeCelle

“Everyone can do this. It’s not just for some people—it’s for all people.” In this enlightening episode, Erica sits down with her personal medium and mentor, Deb DeCelle, to talk about what mediumship looks like in real life - and how it’s available to everyone. Deb shares how she discovered her gifts, the difference between intuition and imagination, and how to build a relationship with your spirit team. Together, they explore how intuitive nudges, energetic boundaries, and spiritual practices can make everyday life more magical, grounded, and healing. Key Takeaways Mediumship is for everyone. You don’t need to “see dead people” to have intuitive gifts. Trusting your inner knowing is often how it starts. Protect your energy by working in the light. Instead of fear-based protection, Deb encourages setting intentions and surrounding yourself with benevolent guides and love. Intuition grows with practice. Meditation (even if it’s just walking or listening to Led Zeppelin) helps you tune in, and simple games like guessing colors or outcomes build intuitive muscle. Next Step: Try a fun intuitive exercise today. Guess what shirt a coworker might wear or which checkout line will move fastest. Then see what happens. The Paradox of Healing

“Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about remembering you were never broken in the first place.” In this deeply honest conversation, Erica Ballard explores the messy and beautiful paradox of healing - how you can be both whole and still growing at the same time. She shares that healing isn’t a linear journey or a checklist but an ongoing process of remembering your worth and reconnecting to your inner truth. Through personal stories, spiritual insights, and practical tools, this episode invites listeners to drop the pressure to "get it right" and instead trust the wisdom that already lives within them. Key Takeaways Why healing isn’t about becoming someone new, but returning to your true self. How spiritual bypassing and perfectionism can sneak into the healing process. Tools and practices to help you feel more whole right now, not “after you fix everything.” Next Step Pause for five minutes today, take a few deep breaths, and ask yourself: “What part of me already knows the next step?” Text a Friend If you found this episode helpful, please message a friend to listen. The Power of Kambo with Nicky Yazbeck

"Kambo doesn’t make you feel superhuman - it makes you feel human. That’s the magic.” In this eye-opening episode, Erica sits down with Nicky Yazbeck, a certified Kambo facilitator, licensed clinical social worker, and host of The Connected Community podcast, to explore the healing potential of Kambo, an indigenous medicine derived from frog secretions. Nicky shares her deeply personal journey with Kambo, what it feels like, how it works on both the physical and spiritual levels, and why safety and intention matter so much in this kind of work. Whether you’re Kambo-curious or just wondering about the rise in plant medicine, this conversation offers grounded wisdom, practical advice, and an honest look at healing. Visit https://nickyyyoga.com/ for more information and to listen to Nicky’s podcast, The Connected Community. To find a local practitioner in your community, visit https://www.tribaldetox.com/.  Key Takeaways Safety First: Nicky explains the crucial safety protocols involved in a Kambo ceremony, including why water intake must be monitored, how to choose a qualified practitioner, and what questions to ask to ensure your experience is safe and respectful. The Benefits are Real: From clearing brain fog and resetting the nervous system to easing chronic pain and providing spiritual clarity, Kambo offers potent healing - physically, mentally, and energetically. Who Should Explore It: Kambo might be a good fit for people who feel like they’ve tried everything, especially those dealing with Lyme disease, PTSD, drug-resistant depression, or burnout, but it’s not for everyone (like those who are pregnant or on certain medications). What’s Your Idol?

“You can be productive, successful, or helpful, but not when those things become your entire identity.” In this conversation, Erica discusses the subtle ways we put things like productivity, being needed, or getting it "just right," on a pedestal without even realizing it. She helps us see how these everyday idols can further us from our truth and deeper connection to ourselves and the divine. With honesty and heart, Erica shows how noticing our idols can be the first step toward more peace, freedom, and real alignment. Key Takeaways Idols show up in unexpected places. They might be work, wellness, or people-pleasing - anything we rely on to feel worthy. Being needed isn’t the same as being loved. Sometimes we chase being needed because it feels safer than letting ourselves truly be seen. Releasing idols brings us back to ourselves. When we stop clinging to what we think gives us value, we make room to reconnect with our inner truth. Next Step Set a timer for five minutes today and ask yourself, “What am I clinging to that I think makes me enough?” Notice what comes up. 9: Waking Up Together

"We heal in relationship. It’s through connection that we start to see ourselves clearly.” What if personal growth wasn’t something we did alone but experienced together? In this episode of Modern Day Mysticism, Erica Ballard dives deep into the power of community, relationships, and shared awakening with guests and friends Pilaar and Farrah. 8: Miracles vs. Manifestation

"Healing and manifesting don’t have to be hard. When you shift your perspective, life gets way more fun." What’s the difference between a miracle and a manifestation? In this episode, Erica Ballard breaks it down in a way that makes sense and helps you shift how you see the world. She dives into how miracles aren’t about getting what you want but shifting your perspective to see what’s already true. And when you do that? Manifestation follows easily and naturally. What You'll Learn in This Episode Miracles are a shift in perspective: Moving from fear to love, from lack to abundance, and separation to oneness changes everything. Manifestation happens when you step into your divine nature: Once you recognize that you already have what you need, more will flow effortlessly. The real work is becoming "miracle-minded": Training yourself to see beyond the illusion of limitation - and the illusion of the world - allows you to access your true power. Your Next Step Join Erica’s 5-day Guided Clarity Challenge to help you break through (unconscious) resistance, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and finally get clear on your next steps.
