Behind the Ask is a podcast by design strategists unpacking how we deliver meaningful work, when asked big squishy questions like “hey can we do this?” In this season we’re looking at asks around AI. There’s a lot of buzz around AI right now, and yet some mystery about launching products, services and experiences that will have a real impact for their users. Our focus is on understanding what's actually getting tested, built, delivered when people ask "can we use AI for this?"
