    The crew finds themselves rubbing elbows with none other than George Remus—the infamous King of Bootleggers—inside the velvet-draped walls of the Empress Burleske Theater. Secrets spill, alliances shift, and Duke does his best to wrestle some trust out of a man who once beat the system after murdering his wife. But tension simmers—not just with Remus, but among the investigators themselves. A new arrival, Joseph, seems helpful enough… but something about him doesn’t sit right.
