I am your host Miss Jay Dotson, and I wear many hats: I’m a registered nurse, a nurse educator, leader, motivational speaker, activist, author, and an entrepreneur. Yet, no title can ever replace the crown of a God-fearing woman. Throughout my journey, I've faced numerous adversities that many would struggle to overcome. But who am I to receive my identity without reaching back to lift the next woman up?  Godfidence Diaries is tailored for the woman on her journey to becoming her best self, especially for those who may not know where to start. It’s for the woman who works tirelessly to show up in the world but still feels like she's not enough. It's for the woman who is ready to transform her trauma into triumph, her weariness into wisdom, and her pain into purpose. God has a purpose for your life, even when you can’t see it.
