Paula Radcliffe and Chris 'Thommo' Thompson are back with their Road to London Marathon - join our club as we help you to navigate your journey to one of the greatest marathons in the world. Paula Radcliffe is regarded as one of the greatest female distance runners of our generation. The multiple medal winner and world record holder - including the women’s marathon record for 17 years - has continued her passion for running since retiring in 2015. Chris Thompson is one of the UK's most prolific distance runners for over 25 years. Every Monday, we will bring 45 mins of high energy entertainment with a community spirit. An inclusive, unintimidating experience where people will learn from each other, helping understand quirks and developing coping mechanisms for all levels. On a Thursday we have The Shakeout where we answer audience questions. Each week Paula and Chris will discuss many different aspects of running from nutrition to hydration from motivation to training tips, all based around a running community. They will address the anxieties and uncertainties we all feel surrounding running. Paula and Chris will bring you some of the biggest names that also want to be part of their running community. Regular guests like Steve Peters, Harry Judd and Jill Scott will also be joined by some of the stars from sport and entertainment who will tell you why they run and what motivates them whether it be for fun, health or mental wellbeing.

    Welcome to Week Eight of "Here Comes The Run" and we've got World Cup fever too! Former England footballer Danny Mills chats to Paula & Thommo about his many roles as athlete, dad and of course, marathon runner! We're not sure how many hats that is, but probably not as many as his caps for England. Danny talks to us about how the power of the mind helps him to go further than he expects and about the joy in the individualism in running. He reminisces on his career as a footballer calling it the best career on the planet but admits it took it's toll on his body. These days he's relishing the lack of competition in his sport whilst simultaneously helping his children to be competitive and resilient in their new sporting careers.     Am I a Runner? With CBeebies star Evie Pickerill

    Welcome to Week Seven of our "Here Comes The Run" series where we sit down with CBeebies presenter Evie Pickerill. Evie ran her first London Marathon this year in her role as a Children with Cancer Ambassador and she's got a secret... she was a swimmer, not a runner, so we find out if the experience has made her change lanes. We talk about jeffing, how she got through those long - sometimes wet - runs and how to fit training around her busy job at the BBC. Evie also tells us about how when she needed to dig deep in the hard marathon moments, she took solace in remembering why she was doing it in the first place, to raise awareness for children who are battling with cancer.     The FTD Brothers - Jordan Adams

    It's Week 6 of our "Here Comes The Run" series and this episode is a very special and emotional one. Paula and Thommo talk to the running inspiration Jordan Adams who is one half of The FTD Brothers - the one that carries a fridge around his marathons! Jordan and his brother Cian run in memory of their mum who was diagnosed with ‘Early-Onset’ Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) before she sadly passed away on 14th March 2016 at the age of 52.
