Calling in the Light - The Caribbean | Healing the Atlantean Bonds

Originally recorded October 7th, 2026. Welcome back to another Calling in the Light episode. This week, it felt right to connect with the Caribbean- to share light and learn more about the energetic signature of the region. I received much more than I was expecting! Atlantis! Beneath the calm facade, there is turmoil underneath the waters, deep memories that are surfacing and simultaneous timelines that are playing out, affecting the other. We send pastel, rainbow light filled with love, forgiveness and healing for the "time bonds" that link us. Finally, our bodies are remembering wisdom "once lost" from the Atlantean age. We will definitely be circling back on the Caribbean and visiting this place again. Have you tapped in to the Caribbean and received messages from the Earth about the region? I have one time prior to this... I'll have to see if I can find the recording and share the findings. As always, I invite you to join me on Substack, where I share my thoughts and feelings in a written format, another way to anchor in the wisdom and love to the Earth. Here is that link: https://conversationswithmotherearth.substack.com/   I hope everyone is enjoying their first weeks of October! Talk soon, Maria

Talking with Nature, Loving Your Blueprint Self and Breaking Up with Caffeine

Originally recorded on October 7th, 2026. Hello, All! My intention today was to film a Calling in the Light video with the focus on the Caribbean. I did that, but not in this video. In this video, I ended up talking quite extensively about a few things that are top of mind for me right now: Talking with nature and my experience conversing with the Crows Loving myself as I truly am, exactly how I was made Breaking up with caffeine As you can tell, there are lots of shadow things that I am working through, as I imagine all of us are. But, do not ever think you are doing it all alone. We are all in this together. For my Caribbean video, see my next upload. It was an interesting one! Full of Atlantis juicy bits- something I was very surprised to experience, and a little bit shocked to share.  I'd love to have you join me on Substack! Here is the link to read the stuff I've been sharing over there: https://substack.com/@conversationswithmotherearth  Sending you all my love, Maria

The Exhale of Creation and Moving Forward Into the New

Originally recorded October 1, 2026. I'm taking a quick moment here to share something that has been so deeply on my heart over the last weeks, and months. I imagine so many of you will have this same feeling about something you are going through in your own lives.  How do I say it succinctly? As it currently is, I have outgrown this space. I have outgrown "Conversations with Mother Earth" as I have been creating in it. There is more within me that wants to be shared, and those aspects are family life, existing daily and illustrating a light-filled life. But how do I do this? How do I add all of me into this? I still don't know. But, I am hoping by putting this initial foot forward, by acknowledging I need to shift into something that fits who I am today, I think I begin that process of unfolding what exactly that is.  Do you have things in your life you have outgrown, that no longer fit who you are? How are you moving through the fear of starting something new? How are you moving through the fear of acknowledging who you are is different now, than who you were? I'd love to hear.   Sending all my love, Maria By the way, if you are interested in joing me on Substack, I'd love to have you and interact with you there! Tips and Tools for Co-Creation with the Divine

Originally recorded September 30, 2026 If you are as curious as I am about what this means to co-create with the Divine, then this video is for you. Through meditation, I asked how do we do this and what we need to do this successfully. I received some beautiful feedback for my own co-creation dreams at the moment. I encourage you to try these questions and/or tools in your own practice to find what is meant for you. Sending all my love, Maria

Thoughts for September and 'Creating Through Prayer' Exercise

Starting our session today with a brief recap about how it is all going here. Most specifically where I've been and why I've been away. After a quick reconnect about all that, I shared about what I'm moving towards in terms of my focus for prayer. As things ebb and flow and my interests shift around, for now, I really want to focus on creating through prayer. This process is two steps. Pray with heartfelt intention for something- a change I would like to see in the world, healing, etc., then a follow-up journal or writing exercise to anchor it into physical manifestation. I believe the two-step system is what I am feeling pulled to do as often as I can. You can join me for the written aspect of this focus on my Substack. Here is the link to that: https://conversationswithmotherearth.substack.com/ I hope you join me in this two-step creation manifestation practice this Fall! Love, Maria

    Finding Peace Through Nature

Originally recorded July 29, 2026. Have you ever stepped outside and felt like nature was trying to get your attention? In this episode of Conversations with Mother Earth, I share a spontaneous meditation that began after an ordinary neighborhood walk unexpectedly became something extraordinary. The trees, the wind, and the living world carried a playful invitation—one that felt less like instruction and more like a loving reminder: "Come outside. Come play with us." As the meditation unfolds, we explore how spending time in nature can quiet the noise of everyday life, support spiritual growth, and gently guide us back to our own natural rhythm. Sometimes the deepest healing doesn't come through doing more—it comes through slowing down long enough to listen. In this episode we explore: • Calling Divine Light into the body before meditation • The playful, childlike energy present in nature • Why walking outside can support spiritual awakening and inner peace • Simple ways to build a deeper relationship with the Earth, even in everyday life • How nature helps us remember who we truly are • Finding peace through presence, love, and connection Whether you have access to a forest, a garden, a neighborhood sidewalk, or simply a quiet place beneath the sky, may this conversation encourage you to step outside with fresh eyes and an open heart. Creation has been waiting to welcome you all along. With love, Maria 🌿 Conversations with Mother Earth Sharing messages of hope, healing, remembrance, and our living relationship with the Divine and the Earth.

Return to Your True Nature | Guided Meditation with Divine Mother

Originally recorded July 26, 2026.  There are seasons when life feels heavy. We carry too much. We think too much. We forget that simply being here is enough. In this guided meditation, we slow down together and call in radiant Divine Light. We ground ourselves in Mother Earth, breathe light through the body, release the weight we've been carrying, and remember the joyful blueprint we were created to live from. During this meditation, a beautiful message unfolds from Divine Mother reminding us that we were never meant to live in constant striving. We were made for joy, wonder, creativity, presence, and love. Together we'll explore: • Calling Divine Light into the body • Grounding into Mother Earth • Releasing the burdens you were never meant to carry • Returning to your true nature • Reawakening childlike wonder • Inviting angels of light to walk beside you • Finding peace in stillness and simplicity Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or simply longing to come home to yourself, I hope this meditation becomes a gentle place of rest. Thank you for spending this time with me. ✨ If this meditation resonated with you, I'd love to hear what you experienced in the comments. Your stories often help someone else feel less alone.
