Dr. Mandy Marziaz: Why Less Is More When It Comes to Women's Health in Midlife

What if the problem isn't that you're not doing enough, but that you've been doing too much for too long? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Dr. Mandy Marziaz, Functional Medicine Practitioner, National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and Physiology-Informed Behavior Change Specialist, with more than 20 years of experience as a former chiropractor and biomedical researcher. Mandy helps high-achieving women navigating midlife hormone changes, burnout, Long COVID, ME/CFS, and other complex chronic symptoms stop overriding their bodies and build a sustainable path back to energy, clarity, and self-trust. Mandy's entry point into this work is her own story. Her hormones crashed in her late thirties while she was training for an Ironman and studying to become a chiropractor simultaneously. Years later, navigating mid-perimenopause during 2020, she lost sleep for the first time in her life. Then came two COVID infections, and eventually, Long COVID that stopped her in her tracks. What finally helped wasn't a more sophisticated protocol. It was doing less. Slowing down completely. Building back up from the foundations. That lived experience shapes everything about how she works with clients. Mandy describes her approach as physiology-led behaviour change. Because most of us already know what we should be doing, the question is why we're not doing it, and what stories, shaped over decades, are running quietly underneath. She doesn't start with expensive labs or a long list of supplements. She starts with the person in front of her, and the foundations that everything else depends on. In this episode we explore: ➤ Why high-achieving women in perimenopause often don't realise they're in it, and what the early signs actually look like before the obvious ones appear ➤ The difference between a protocol that's wrong and one that's right at the wrong time, and why your nervous system has to be on board before anything else can work ➤ How decades of stories and beliefs shape the way women respond to their own health, and why behaviour change has to be sustainable, not just scientifically sound ➤ The case for normalising rest, and why slowing down isn't a step backwards for high-functioning women, it's the thing that makes everything else possible This episode is for any high-achieving woman who has tried doing all the right things and still isn't feeling like herself, and is ready to understand why. Rene Kamstra: Why Your Superpower Is the One Thing AI Can Never Replace

What would it look like to build a business you could run from anywhere in the world, without being chained to back-to-back clients? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Rene Kamstra, Business Growth Consultant, Life Coach, Speaker, and AI Integration Trainer. Over 30 years, Rene has coached more than 11,000 people across 31 countries, and she now helps growth-oriented professionals design and build location-independent businesses they can run from anywhere in the world. Rene grew up around business. Her father, a sharp entrepreneur with a music business, was sending her to auctioneers in second grade with a blank cheque and a lesson in buying low and selling high. That early confidence, she says, became the foundation for everything. It taught her she could speak and do business with anyone, and she's been proving it ever since. What struck me most in this conversation is how Rene talks about the difference between doing coaching and owning a coaching business. So many practitioners build something that looks like freedom but functions like a job. Rene's nine-step process is designed to change that, starting with who you actually are and what you were born to do, then building the structure, the systems, and the support around it so the business can grow without you doing everything yourself. In this episode we explore: ➤ Why most coaches are running a job, not a business, and the mindset shift required to become the CEO of what you've built ➤ How AI and virtual support can free you up to focus on your genius, and why integrating both is a practical step, not a distant goal ➤ The three types of entrepreneur, and why knowing which one you are changes how you build your business model ➤ The importance of your story in building something unique, and why starting with who you are creates clients who stay for years ➤ Why your superpower is what AI can't replicate, and how leaning into that is the real competitive edge right now This episode is for any coach or practitioner who built their business for freedom and quietly wonders why it still feels like a constraint. Nicky McKenna: Why Your Digital Marketing Isn't Working (and What to Fix First)

What if the reason your ideal clients aren't finding you has nothing to do with how hard you're working, and everything to do with whether the right platforms know you exist? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Nicky McKenna, CEO of WSI Digital Advisors, a digital marketing agency that helps businesses become more visible and more recommended online through SEO, GEO (AI visibility), and Google Ads. This conversation is a little different from my usual interviews, and I think it's one that's going to make a lot of people sit up. Because Nicky brings something that many of us know we need but don't fully understand yet. Particularly when it comes to how AI is now deciding which businesses to recommend. What I loved about Nicky's approach is that she comes from a business background, not a tech one. So instead of leading with jargon and algorithms, she starts with the question that actually matters: are you clear about what you do, who you do it for, and why you're different? Because without that clarity, no strategy will deliver the results you're hoping for. And I couldn't agree more. In this episode we explore: ➤ How GEO (AI visibility) actually works, and why AI platforms are now analysing your entire digital presence, not just your website, to decide whether to recommend you ➤ Why podcasting is now part of your SEO strategy, and what AI platforms are picking up from your voice that they can't get from written content alone ➤ The packaging supplier who went from zero enquiries to a full order book, and the surprisingly simple changes that made it happen ➤ When to stop doing your digital marketing yourself, and the honest signs that it's become a distraction rather than something that feeds your business ➤ Why a good agency behaves like part of your team, and how to find one that fills the gap you actually have, not the one they want to sell you This episode is for the coach, healer or small business owner who knows they should be easier to find online but isn't sure where to start, or what's changed since AI entered the picture. Caroline Phipps: Find the Elegant Space and Change How You Respond to Everything

What if the power you've been searching for outside yourself has quietly been programmed out of you, and the work of a lifetime is to reclaim it? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Caroline Phipps, Founder of Living With Inner Elegance. Caroline is also a Writer, Speaker, Radio and Podcast Personality, Film Producer and Life Coach, whose journey was shaped by overcoming personal adversity. Out of that came the Living With Inner Elegance Initiative, a safe space where people unite with dignity and grace to craft genuine, practical solutions to the demanding problems of our fast-paced, chaotic world. What struck me most in this conversation is how simply Caroline names the work in front of us. The biggest project any of us has on this planet, she says, is our own development. Because when we understand ourselves better, we have more agency. We stop outsourcing our answers and our strength. And we begin to make choices that are actually ours. Caroline believes we're living through a major spiritual transition, and that the temptation of our time is what she calls the quick fix of separatism. Someone else to blame. Someone else's fault. She offers a different path, one grounded in interconnectedness, personal responsibility, and a beautifully practical concept she describes as "the elegant space." That gap you can put between the stimulus and your response, where mindset changes and better choices become possible. In this episode we explore: ➤ Why your own development is the biggest project you'll ever undertake, and what shifts when you stop looking outside yourself for the answers ➤ The elegant space, that gap Caroline teaches between what triggers you and how you choose to respond, where real change actually lives ➤ Being grounded and elevated at the same time, and what it looks like to change your mindset so you can change your life ➤ The quick fix of separatism, why it's being offered to all of us right now, and the cost of taking it ➤ The shift from I to we, and Caroline's belief that this is where the seeds of real change are planted This episode is for anyone who senses that a piece is missing, that things feel disconnected, and that the answer isn't in one more course or quick fix but in reclaiming the agency that's always been theirs. Deb Morgan: Step Out From Behind the Mask and Into the Life You Actually Want

What if the moment you stop performing who you think you should be, is the moment you finally start coming home to yourself? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Deb Morgan, Speaker, Coach, Author and Corporate Mentor who combines 35+ years of C-suite experience with profound lived insight into resilience, reinvention and human behaviour. Deb is the creator of the Behind the Mask programme, which helps women move from survival mode into empowered, self-led living. Deb's coaching journey began as a relationships coach, born from her own experience of domestic abuse and a deep wanting to understand why human beings claim to love people and then hurt those they love the most. She studied psychology to make sense of it. But over time she realised that the women coming to her weren't really there for their relationships at all. They were there for the one they had with themselves 🤔. What she sees, over and over, are women whose lives look like a success on paper. They're ticking every box. Doing everything they think they should. And still, there's this quiet sentence underneath. Something's missing. I don't feel excited. I don't feel like me. Is this really it? That's where Deb's work begins 😌. In this episode we explore: ➤ Why women don't really come to Deb for relationship help, and the moment she realised what they were actually asking for underneath the surface ➤ Behind the Mask's five simple steps, from getting brutally real about where you are, to making what she calls the defiant decision ➤ The 94-6 rule, and what Office of National Statistics data reveals about how many adults are actually living the life they once dreamed of as children ➤ Stepping into selfish, and why real self-care goes far deeper than candles, bubble baths and a glass of wine ➤ The moment you stop performing, and why that's when women finally start coming home to themselves This episode is for the woman who looks successful on the outside, who's doing everything right, and is quietly asking herself, is this really it? LaChelle Wieme: The Source Code Behind Every Quantum Leap

What if the reason you're still stuck isn't that you haven't done enough work on yourself, but that you've been doing the wrong kind of work all along? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Dr. LaChelle Wieme, Business and Mindset Strategist for Soul-Led Women, and Founder of i-AM Life by Design. LaChelle helps high-achieving women who are tired of overthinking and hustling learn how to trust themselves, take aligned action, and build businesses that create both time freedom and financial growth. LaChelle's whole approach shifted about a year ago after her own quantum leap. She realised that everything she'd been doing in the personal development space, all the fixing, all the digging into what's wrong and why, was actually energising the problem instead of the solution. Now her work is built on something entirely different. She helps people shift their identity as a source code, so the thoughts, the feelings, the beliefs and the actions can shift with it. What makes this conversation so compelling is how quickly she says this shift can happen. In less than an hour, using a blend of quantum mechanics, brain science and a physical anchoring process, she guides people into a new frequency. And then comes the part most people don't talk about. The lag. That gap between the energetic shift and the 3D world catching up. In this episode we explore: ➤ Why trying to fix yourself keeps you stuck, and what to focus on instead if you actually want your life and business to shift ➤ Identity as source code, and how one shift there can move your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and results at the same time ➤ The lag between energetic shift and 3D reality, and the three ways it tends to show up when everything is quietly rearranging around you ➤ Queen, prostitute or ice queen, three paradigms that shape how you show up in your business, your relationships, and your sense of worth ➤ The have, be, do trap, and why so many high-achieving women stay stuck waiting for confidence, certification or income before they finally step into who they already are This episode is for the high-achieving woman who's read the books, done the courses, and can feel there's a bigger version of herself just underneath the surface, ready to be lived. Gregg Vanourek: Life Quakes, Work Quakes, and Finding What's Next

What if the life you're chasing isn't out there somewhere, but waiting for you to come home to yourself? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Gregg Vanourek, Author, TEDx Speaker, Teacher and Coach. Gregg is co-author of three books, including LIFE Entrepreneurs and the award-winning Triple Crown Leadership, and he teaches at Stockholm Business School. His work sits at the intersection of purpose, character and what it actually means to build a meaningful life. Gregg helps people craft their life and work intentionally, and to avoid what he calls the common traps of living, the things quietly holding us back from happiness and fulfilment. He talked about "life quakes" and "work quakes," those seismic moments, chosen or not, that force us to ask the question underneath everything else: what's next? What struck me most was how personal this work is for him. Gregg traced it back to a philosophy professor who taught him to ask the big questions, and a poet who asked what he wanted to do with his one wild and precious life. Those seeds, planted decades ago, became a career built on helping people get unstuck, find clarity and step into what he calls authentic alignment. We explore: ➤ Why "life quakes" and "work quakes" reshape everything, and how a trusted process helps you move through the uncertainty they bring ➤ The traps quietly keeping you stuck, and why naming the broken record is the first step to changing it ➤ What authentic alignment actually feels like, when who you are finally matches the life you're living ➤ The philosophy professor and poet who changed his path, and the big questions that still guide his work today This episode is for anyone who feels the gap between who they are and the life they're currently living, and is ready to come home to themselves. Edelmira Murrieta: The Next Right Step, Over and Over Again

What if the thing that broke you completely is also the thing that rebuilds you into who you're meant to be? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Edelmira Murrieta, The Inner Wealth Mentor, helping high-performers, entrepreneurs and leaders create success that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside. Edelmira is a visionary entrepreneur, transformational coach and author whose journey of love, loss and self-reinvention became the foundation of her book, Starter Husband, and the beginning of a much deeper transformation. What I loved about this conversation is how firmly Edelmira rejects the pushy, salesy approach so many of us are tired of seeing. She talked about how people can feel your energy, feel when you're being truthful and genuinely want them to have results, rather than chasing the numbers for their own sake. It's authenticity as the strategy, not an afterthought to one. She also shared her own story of building a life that looked perfect from the outside and completely fell apart on the inside, including a period where her accounts were frozen and she had to decide whether to keep moving backwards or find her way back up. What followed wasn't a single leap, but a series of small, consistent right steps, paired with the mindset work to back them. We explore: ➤ Why authenticity is more magnetic than any sales tactic, and how people feel the difference between chasing money and genuinely serving ➤ The moment it all fell apart, and the mindset shift that helped her rebuild one right step at a time ➤ The client transformation that still gives her chills, a woman who could barely speak until she found her voice, quite literally This episode is for anyone who's ever played small because of what others might think, and is ready to take the next right step toward the life they actually want.
