    The Stroke Sticking Episode with Jar Jar(Brazil demographics and government, Biological Population, Tucuruvi)

    From 1877 - Brazil( demographics and government) From 1980 - Biological Population From Wikipedia - Tucuruvi Most of the topic was about stroke sticking but somehow we decided that the creole language of early brazil was Jar Jar Binks. The population story was boring, but the formulas are used in games like Sim City. Detroit has 3 miles of train transportation but Sao Paulo has 240.

    French Imperialist, Skyrim, and random plants( Algerian History 1800s, Apprenticeship and work training, and Faradaya)

    1877: Algerian History in the 1800s. A brief discussion about the US Barbary Pirate War, then mostly the French trying to colonize Algeria. 1980: Apprenticeship and Work Training - Mostly a discussion about Skyrim but occasionally the actual structures in history that Skyrim was based on. Wikipedia: Faradaya, which is a plant genus that looks like it isn't used any more. It was named after Michael Faraday by an anti-Darwinism friend of Darwin and they are only in a country that the French also colonized.

    1877 - Khazar Empire was an Asian empire that existed for 3 times longer than the US, but it wasn't really covered in our history books 1980 - Work Organization in the Middle Ages - how the need for goods led to guilds that led to owners, proto-capitalism, and proto-factories in the middle ages Wikipedia - Strmca - A small town in Slovenia, but the real story was the baby that caused us to cut this one short.

    Colonizers, Religion, Bunezuela, and the evils of JD Vance or (India History - the European invasion, Muslim conquest of Sasanian Empire, and Bun E. Carlos)

    JD Vance touched the pope and he died. We're exploring the connection. Portuguese colonized India, but the Dutch said "no", then the English said "no" to the Dutch. The Muslims took over this giant empire that stretched from Turkey to India, and kicked out the Zoroastrians until Freddy Mercury was the only one left. Bun E. Carlos looked like a band teacher, but was the drummer for the biggest band in Japan(and later America), Cheap Trick.

    The (Accidental) Season Finale: John Milton, The Arctic(not Artic) Ocean, Salsola Kali

    Salsola Kali created connections to so many topics that we decided to make this the season ending episode. It's like when you are creating a scripted show and the season finale wraps up all the storylines. Salsola Kali did this for us - God Bless You Salsola Kali. This will prolly never happen again since all the topics are random. Plus in this episode, you learn a lot about John Milton and Hal writes some impromptu poetry that she reads at the end. See you all or Season 2.
