    Rebellion & A Hard Message

    Send us Fan Mail You do not wake up one day and decide to abandon God. Most of the time, you drift. You get busy, you get numb, and you slowly trade closeness with Jesus for spiritual autopilot. We open Jeremiah chapter 2 and let God’s “hard message” land where it needs to land: He remembers the devotion of our early love, and He also sees the moment we start looking elsewhere.  From there we connect the warning to Revelation 2, where Jesus tells the church to wake up, remember where they have fallen, repent, and return to the works they did at first. We keep it practical and personal: getting back to the basics of discipleship, quiet time, prayer, worship, and daily awareness of God. If you have felt distant, dry, or distracted, this is a clear next step, not a complicated formula.  Jeremiah’s language gets even sharper: chasing worthlessness makes us worthless, and forsaking the fountain of living waters leads us to broken cisterns that cannot hold water. We talk about modern idols, why idols lead to bondage, and how a simple spiritual inventory can reset your heart toward faithfulness.     Spiritual Inventory (Special Guest)

    Send us Fan Mail You can listen to someone else’s testimony all day and still dodge the one person you need to hear from most: you. So we’re doing something different. I’m “interviewing” you with a spiritual inventory built to expose drift, spark faith, and help you reset your walk with the Lord without guilt or games. We start with Psalm 5:3 and a question that lands fast: have you talked with God today, and was it a real conversation? Then we lean into what many Christians forget after they pray: watching, waiting, and living with expectation. Mark 11:24 brings it home, because asking and believing belong together. If your prayer life has been shallow, silent, or scattered, this is a practical nudge back toward daily prayer, confident faith, and a heart that’s actually on the lookout for God’s answers. From there, we get honest about busyness and priorities, especially when good things pile up. Summer plans, sports, vacations, and projects can quietly push God to the margin. Hebrews 10:25 and 1 Corinthians 12 challenge the lone-ranger mindset and remind us we’re part of a body, needed and valuable. We also talk about “checking boxes” out of habit, and Philippians 4:4 calls us back to joy when enthusiasm runs low.     Two Missionaries. One Call.

    The Rain and Wind Will Come

    True Surrender Brought Victory

    Send us Fan Mail Your marriage can survive betrayal and addiction, but only when the foundation is deeper than feelings and control. We sit down with Spencer and Jennifer Caudle for their first time on Beyond Sunday, and they share a vulnerable, hope-filled testimony of Christian marriage restoration. Jennifer grew up with the pain of divorce and carried a vow to never let her future family fall apart. That fear shaped everything, including where she looked for safety.  Their story moves through real-world consequences: cheating that comes to light, the exhausting weight of hidden sin, and the ways we try to cope when we don’t know how to heal. Jennifer talks about numbing with alcohol and marijuana and trying to control life so she would never be blindsided again. Spencer explains the relief that confession brings, even when consequences still follow.     Church Hurt And Total Restoration

    God Used A Knee Infection To Bring Me Home

Doug joins me to share a raw, relatable testimony about growing up in church, drifting away for decades, and still telling himself he believed even while he avoided real discipleship and regular church attendance. Then one day, at a funeral service, the Word of God lands differently and he can’t shake it. He goes home, looks up CFOCHURCH online, and realizes God has been closer than he thought.  Things get even more urgent when his knee replacement takes a dangerous turn. Doug explains how an infection, the lead-up to a dream Alaska cruise, and the shock of learning it could be deadly forced him to face mortality head-on. We talk about fear, repentance, and why “tomorrow is not promised” is not a slogan, it is reality.     Breaking The Cycle

    Send us Fan Mail He overdosed at 16, watched addiction shape his childhood, and carried a kind of shame that’s hard to explain unless you’ve lived it. Nick Newcomb joins us on Beyond Sunday to share a testimony that starts with constant moving, drugs and alcohol on the table. We talk honestly about what it feels like to realize your “normal” isn’t normal, how substance use escalates from weed and alcohol into pills, and how one overdose can change the way you see your future. Nick also opens up about prison visits, short phone calls, and the choice to forgive rather than live in resentment.
