    I know you're tired. Don't give up!

In this honest and vulnerable conversation, I'm sharing something I've been struggling with lately: feeling tired. Not just physically tired, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually drained. As moms, caregivers, healers, and people who are always showing up for everyone else, we often convince ourselves that we have to keep pushing through no matter what. We wear exhaustion like a badge of honor and guilt ourselves whenever we need a break. But what if rest isn't weakness? What if rest is actually part of the healing? In this episode, I open up about the pressure to always be strong, the guilt that can come with slowing down, and the lies we've been taught about what strength really looks like. For so many years, I believed that strong people don't cry, don't ask for help, and don't need rest. The truth? Real strength is allowing yourself to be human. Together, we'll talk about: ✨ Why rest is a necessary part of healing, not something you have to earn ✨ How to stop judging yourself for feeling tired or overwhelmed ✨ The importance of honoring your emotions instead of pushing them away ✨ Building trust with yourself by keeping small promises to yourself ✨ Letting go of control and leaning into faith during difficult seasons ✨ Why healing isn't a straight line and how to give yourself grace along the way If you're in a season where life feels heavy, where you're doing your best just to make it through the day, I want you to know this: you are not failing. You are not weak. You are not behind. You are healing. And sometimes healing looks like resting. Sometimes healing looks like crying. Sometimes healing looks like taking a step back so you can keep moving forward. So consider this your permission slip to slow down, take a deep breath, and give yourself the same compassion you so freely give to everyone else. Your story isn't over. God isn't finished with you yet. The hard chapters are not the whole story, and your best days are still ahead. Thank you for allowing me to walk alongside you on this journey. If this episode speaks to your heart, be sure to subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who needs the reminder that it's okay to rest. Learning to Live Life

Have you ever felt guilty for enjoying your life while you're still healing? For the longest time, I believed that healing meant constantly focusing on my pain, my trauma, and everything I needed to work through. Somewhere along the way, I convinced myself that I didn't deserve happiness until I was "fully healed." But the truth is, healing isn't a destination we arrive at—it's a lifelong journey. And while we're healing, we're still meant to live. In this episode, I'm sharing a very real and honest conversation about the guilt that can show up when life starts feeling good again. The guilt of laughing after heartbreak. The guilt of finding peace after chaos. The guilt of moving forward when parts of you are still hurting. I've learned that healing doesn't require us to stay stuck in our wounds. We don't have to prove our pain by carrying it forever. We can honor what we've been through while also embracing joy, creating new memories, and allowing ourselves to experience the beauty that's happening right now. I'll share pieces of my own healing journey, including how therapies like EMDR have helped me process painful memories, and why I've realized that healing isn't about living in the past—it's about creating space for peace, growth, love, and freedom in the present. In this episode, we'll talk about: ✨ Why so many of us feel guilty for being happy while we're healing ✨ The difference between honoring your pain and living in it ✨ How self-compassion can transform your healing journey ✨ Why joy and healing can coexist ✨ Learning to celebrate your growth without waiting to be "fixed" ✨ Practical ways to stay present and embrace the life you're living today If you've ever felt like you need to earn your happiness, this conversation is for you. You are allowed to heal and laugh. You are allowed to heal and dream. You are allowed to heal and live. Your trauma is part of your story, but it doesn't have to be the whole story. I hope this episode reminds you that you don't have to wait until you're completely healed to start enjoying your life. The life you're working so hard to create is happening right now. 🎙️ Connect with me: Instagram: @healingmommapodcast Facebook: Healing Momma Podcast #HealingJourney #HealingMommaPodcast #SelfHealing #MentalHealthAwareness #TraumaHealing #EMDRTherapy #PersonalGrowth #SelfCompassion #HealingAndGrowth #MindsetShift #EmotionalHealing #InnerHealing #HealingInProgress #JoyInTheJourney #WomenWhoHeal #HealingAfterTrauma #GrowthMindset #SelfWorth #HealingCommunity #PodcastForWomen

    Does Gods Grace Run Out?

You might have been taught that God’s grace has a limit — that at some point it runs out when you mess up too many times. But what if that’s not true at all? In this episode of Healing Momma Podcast, Valerie gets real about a belief many of us quietly carry: that we have to earn God’s love, or somehow stay “worthy” of it. She gently challenges that idea and points us back to something simpler and more freeing — grace doesn’t expire, and it doesn’t run dry. This conversation digs into how fear-based messaging can distort the way we see God, ourselves, and even our healing journey. When grace is misunderstood, it can leave us feeling like we’re constantly behind, never enough, and always trying to catch up to love that was never meant to be earned in the first place. Valerie shares personal reflections and honest moments of unlearning, reminding us that unconditional love isn’t just a comforting idea — it’s transformative. You don’t have to perform for grace. You don’t have to qualify for mercy. It’s already here, already yours. We also break down the difference between grace, mercy, and blessings in a way that brings clarity instead of confusion, and shifts the focus from limitation to abundance. Because at its core, this isn’t a message about religion — it’s about remembering the truth of love that doesn’t give up on you. #HealingMommaPodcast #ValerieHealingMama #FaithJourney #GodsGrace #UnconditionalLove #SpiritualHealing #FaithAndHealing #ReligiousDeconstruction #InnerHealing #HealingJourney #GraceNotEarned #ChristianPodcast #SpiritualGrowth #MindsetShift #SelfWorth #DivineLove #FaithTalk #HealingFromWithin

The Women Shaped Me - A Mothers Day Special

The Women Who Shaped Me | Mother’s Day Special Have you ever really stopped and thought about the women who made you… you? Not just the ones who raised you—but the ones who poured into you, prayed for you, loved you through your hardest seasons… and maybe even the ones who hurt you, but still shaped you. In this deeply personal Mother’s Day episode, I’m opening my heart and taking you into my story—the women who built me, stretched me, healed me, and helped me become the woman I am today. We’re talking about the kind of love that doesn’t leave you… even when they’re gone. My grandmother—my angel—her love still guides me every single day. And my mom… whew. Our journey hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been real. I’m sharing what healing actually looked like for me—the boundaries, the forgiveness, the hard conversations—and how that process changed everything. And I couldn’t tell my story without honoring my aunts… my second mothers. The women who showed up, loved deeply, and reminded me that motherhood isn’t just a title—it’s how you show up for people. This episode isn’t just about my story though… it’s about yours too. I want you to think about: Who are the women that shaped you? What did they teach you—intentionally or unintentionally? And what are you carrying forward… or choosing to break? Because healing isn’t just about looking back—it’s about deciding what legacy you continue. If you’re navigating your own healing, your relationship with your mom, or even stepping into motherhood yourself… this conversation is going to meet you right where you are. This is about love. This is about healing. This is about legacy. And most importantly… this is about becoming. 💛 Press play, and let’s reflect together. #HealingMomma #MothersDay #MotherhoodJourney #GenerationalHealing #BreakingGenerationalCycles #HealingJourney #InnerHealing #FaithBasedHealing #WomenEmpowerment #MotherDaughter #FamilyHealing #SelfGrowthJourney #EmotionalHealing #HealingPodcast #WomenSupportingWomen #FaithOverFear #LegacyBuilding #TraumaHealing #BoundariesMatter #ForgivenessJourney #CycleBreakers #MomLifeReal #SpiritualGrowth #PersonalGrowthJourney #HealingConversations

Deep Water - Are you in too deep

Feeling like life is pulling you into deep waters you didn’t ask for? I get it… because I’ve been there too. In this episode, I’m opening up in a real, unfiltered way about what it actually feels like to be in those heavy seasons—the ones where you’re stretched, overwhelmed, and wondering how much more you can take. And in the middle of that, God dropped something on my spirit that shifted everything: “what’s been chasing you can’t swim.” That changed how I see everything. If you feel like you’re barely staying afloat right now, I want you to hear this—those deep waters aren’t here to break you… they’re protecting you, shaping you, and calling you higher. I’m sharing what this season has looked like for me—the pain, the silence, the surrender—and how I’ve learned that not everything you’re losing is meant to go with you where God is taking you. Sometimes the pressure, the confusion, the emotional weight… it’s all part of the refining. We talk about: letting go of control (for real, not just saying it) trusting God even when it’s quiet why discomfort is actually where your growth lives and how self-love and divine timing are deeply connected This is one of those episodes where I’m not speaking at you—I’m sitting with you in it. Because the truth is… your honesty in these moments? That’s where your real strength is. You’re not drowning. You’re being elevated. If you’re in a season where nothing makes sense, but you’re trying to hold onto your faith—this episode is for you. You’re not alone in this. And you’re not being punished… you’re being prepared. Trusting the Process - Are you tired of waiting?

Sometimes trusting the process doesn’t feel peaceful… it feels heavy, confusing, and honestly—unfair. In this episode, I’m speaking straight to the part of you that feels tired of waiting, tired of overthinking, and tired of trying to control everything just to feel okay. Because I’ve been there too. We’re talking about what it really means to let go—not in a perfect, pretty way, but in the messy, real-life way where you’re still learning how to trust God, trust timing, and trust yourself… all at once. If you’ve been feeling anxious about the future or questioning where your life is headed, this is your reminder: you are not lost—you’re being shaped. In this episode, we walk through: ✨ Why trying to control everything is actually keeping you stuck ✨ How living in the future fuels anxiety (and how to come back to now) ✨ Simple, grounding ways to calm your mind when it starts spiraling ✨ What divine timing really looks like (and why it rarely feels comfortable) ✨ The truth about growth—it’s slow, stretching, and still working in your favor This is your safe space to breathe, reset, and remember: just because it’s taking time doesn’t mean it’s not working. You are not behind. You are not forgotten. You are becoming. If you’re in a season where nothing makes sense, I hope this episode meets you right there and reminds you—there is purpose in this moment too. 🎧 Press play, take a deep breath, and let’s walk through this together. #trusttheprocess #divinetiming #healing #faith #anxiety #fypシ゚viralシ #selfgrowth #trustheprocess
