Most leaders know they should think about crisis preparedness, but rarely make time for it. In this episode, we explore the people side of business continuity, what actually happens to your team and your business when things go sideways? We’re joined by Erika Andersen to discuss how small and growing organizations can move from panic to preparedness without losing their culture. Whether you’re a leader or an HR professional, this episode offers a practical look at building resilience. You’ll learn how to identify hidden stressors in your team, why crisis planning shouldn’t be a "nice-to-have," and how to create clear expectations without creating a culture of fear. We break down what it really means to take a "people-first" approach to continuity, ensuring your organization is prepared for the unexpected.
