    how will you rise?

    count it all joy.

    lately, the phrase “count it all joy” has been sticking with me. I love the quote by Ram Dass that says, “you can do it like it’s a great weight on you, or you can do it like a dance.” & lately, admittedly, I’ve been approaching life like it’s a great weight. I asked myself recently, why do you wake up like life is a battlefield and the day ahead is a battle you’re gonna have to fight? getting out of bed with deep sighs and heavy dread…is it all so bad or am I putting my problems on a pedestal? unpack this with me in this short audio diary on perspective shifting and objectivity toward life. thanks for listening. 💌 This is a public episode.
